T1 Mothdust Changeling
T2 Magda, Brazen Outlaw, tap both to Mothdust ability, get two treasures.
T3 Tap Magda & Mothdust to make two more treasures. 7 Mana on turn 3 sounds pretty nice.
Has Heliod + Walking Balista combo,
Vito + Children of Korlis + Hex Parasite combo,
Vito + Martyr of Sands + Squadron Hawk combo,
Vito + Scapeshift + Glimmerpost + Vesuva combo,
PLUS 8x combo piece tutoring in Eldamri's Call + Ranger-Captain of Eos
AND Giver of Runes + Ranger of Eos for protection
AND Walking Balista + Path to Exile for interaction.
I don't understand why this card is hyped. Can't the opponent kill the mutated creature once the mutation resolves and you get two-for-one'd?
Mutate to me just looks like expensive auras, except the opponent kills the creature AFTER the mutation resolves instead of before.
The majority of the "when this creature mutates..." mutations are waaaayy too expensive to be competitive.
The only mutate creature I think MIGHT be playable is Lore Drakkis as it's impossible to be two-for-one'd when it mutates.
(Just to clarify: When a mutated creature dies both the top and bottom card go to graveyard, correct? Its not like Totem Armor when only one of the cards hits the graveyard?)
Tap Necrotic Ooze to put Devoted Druid into graveyard.
Untap Necrotic Ooze.
Tap Necrotic Ooze to put Morselhoarder into graveyard.
Make infinite mana. Untap Necrotic Ooze.
Tap Necrotic Ooze to put Walking Ballista into graveyard.
Kill opponents.
If the opponent doesn't respond to the 1st Oriq activation trigger, they dead.
A single Jarad's Orders can setup a kill in a few turns too.

Could be used in Dredge with Creeping Chill.
Also both Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord's +1 abilities are VERY good with this. Lightning Helix on every one of our turns. Yes please.
I fully understand why this doesn't have haste: Dragonstorm storm count 2 would kill.
Interestingly a Dragonstorm with storm count 2 could get Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund + Terror of the Peaks for 19 damage.
These are the new modern cards previewed so far (11th June 2020) that I think will see some modern play:

Frantic Inventory
See the Truth
Stormwing Entity
Teferi, Master of Time
Archfiend's Vessel
Necromentia
Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose
Chandra's Incinerator
Conspicuous Snoop

Also, Vito, Dawn of the Dusk Rose + Nourishing Shoal + Autochthon Wurm.
Also, he is legendary so could fit into some kind of Goryo's Vengeance combo deck.
Very strong. Even before the power/toughness is known.
Edit: Turns Food into a wincon.

With any non-human on the battlefield, (Birds of Paradise, Gilded Goose, Sakura-Tribe Scout, whatever) at the end of opponents turn play Congregation at Dawn putting Winota, Joiner of Forces on top of your library and Auratouched Mage under it.
Draw Winota and play it. Attack with the non-human. Winota triggers and puts Auratouched Mage onto the battlefield. Auratouched Mage ETB trigger gets Colossification.
Attack with 23/23 indestructible creature. GG?
Doesn't this just make Congregation at Dawn a one card killspell? Seems good in a Naya control build.
