Basically when a scum team gets a player who isnt comfy playing scum, or they think that their best play is to Bus one of their own early in the game. The reason for 189 is I know sometimes cantrips posts go on for ages, so i wanted to make sure he was reading them since he had made a comment earlier about not reading them.
