Legendary Artifact
Imprint — If a permanent or permanent card you own would be put into your graveyard from anywhere or exiled by another effect, you may exile it imprinted on Survival Scroll instead.
: Put a permanent card imprinted on Survival Scroll with converted mana cost X or less onto the battlefield. Then shuffle all other cards imprinted on it into your library. Exile Survival Scroll.
Flowing straight from the survival scroll. Cut that bird off. Next caller. I wanted originally for this to not be legendary, so you can run multiple survival scrolls at the same time, but it turns out that wasn't feasible for the more important dynamics this cards needs to accommodate for to prevent it from being too slow for reasonable play. With that said, the copy ability originally tapped also; and the entire ability was centered around only being able to copy the card if the number of imprinted cards was equal to or less than the CMC of the desired card. Nice bonus here with how this checks against mill and discard; and also works with effects like March of Reckless Joy to let you keep one of those cards. I think it checks pretty much all the boxes to live up to the hype it should have for the concept it's based around.

Zilorthas Wording:
16 Words No Change in Rules Neccesary to avoid the issue of "To amend this ability for power, the conditions needed to be reworked and changed so that damage assignment is cached based on the value of power, but does not reduce the power of the creature;"
Conscise. No additional baggage. Professional.
Your Wording
15 Words + 10 Words Reminder Text Since you change the rules + Rewriting of the Rules, bloating it (unnnecessarily)
Convoluted. Baggage heavy. Unprofessional.

And since its discard not exile it is a great card in Reanimatior , dredge (yes despite what you say there are drege versions out there that could benefit from this greatly) , madness and general graveyad stuff like bloodghast et al.
So a card that is insanely strog on its own and doesn't need more upside just gets more upside.
Namedropping One with Nothing explains a lot.
And the fact that the only GY interaction that came to your mind is Oversold cemetry Dawn of the dead and dredge just shows that you dont have any expierience playing the game.

So maybe Xander's ancestors might have become noble by merit and he just inherited the nobility.

Production wise when you add background Music set that volume a bit down and/or choose something that has consistent volume as sometimes the music is as loud as you which makes you hard to understand sometimes IMO.
I would love for sample decklists to be included though that probably would make the research time longer for you

Apparently it hasn't since everyone here knows how it works and tells you but you just don't accept it. The reason Prime time works multiple times and disenchant doesn't is since it has 2 triggering situations just like Elder Gargaroth triggers both on attacking and blocking. Disenchant doesn't have a Trigger the or here references the choosing of targets.
Still waiting on an explanation on your math as well but it looks like just like you try to work the rules to work for your card instead of the other way around you do the same for math. With card game rules it's just bad design with the math it is factually wrong. Seems to be your modus operandi is use big words to sound smart an when somebody points to a flaw either say its not your fault its the fault of the ruleset, avoid talking about it or more big hollow words where you either don't know the meaning of or go back into "The ruleset of english is at fault" mode (Since you mean sth different with an established word and its not your fault that not everyone else uses it correctly)

On the topic of white having the best removal i think that time was over a long time ago. I mean I agree StP and PtE are among the if not the best spot removals IMO but what we get nowadays is mostly meh to bad with one or two few exceptions. Similar thing to the creature thing usually green and reds pack more punch. There is a reason in the top 100 Commanders according to edh rec every mono color is represented except white (even Colorless is above that)
And in standard of the 50 most played cards (according to MTGGoldfish) there are only 2 white cards Yorion on rank 22 and Casket on 26 with 2 black and three red removals above them and the first cheap creatures are both green and haymakers being red/green.
Now I don't think white is as ba as people make it out to be but they get the short stick more often than any other color, thats why I get exited when they get a treat thrown their way (Skyclave, Smothering Tithe, Teferis Protection)
The part where white shines is unfortunately not that useful in EDH, as I still think white is the Sideboard Color in Modern. It is a an ok auxillary color in EDH. But not for the wraths though as my personal order for wraths go: Rift , Toxic Deluge, Blasphemous Act then Austere Command then back to nonwhite with stuff like In garruks wake, crux or extinction event.
As for spot removal in EDH besides STP and PTE my Top ones are pongify, Rapid Hybridization, Reality shift, Anguished Unmaking, Chaos Warp, then Generous Gift/Beast Within. so besides Gift and the aforementioned white has to share one of my Favourites with black.
I play white for cards like Smothering Tithe or Teferis Protection.
