the good storm decks dont use Epic experiment anymore as there is more discard. URW geist is currently like bringing a gun to a knife fight and seems to just be getting better and better
I played almost that exact same list, minus 1 wall +1 baneslayer, to top 8 of the mana deprived 2k on the sunday. Geist was insane for me all day, and I played ambush viper more often then not. Deck is very well positioned though it may be time for a red/black splash for cheap removal.
The Ravnica Karoo cycle will not be returning, WotC feels that they would be overpowered in the current standard.

I would love for WOTC to make a masters edition type release. I personally would love it, despite owning most modern staples. Imagine rare is damnation, uncommons aether vial, COP red and magma jet, then playable commons! :S It will probably be a planechase release though

Thats a beautiful trop matt. Russian stuff has always been worth a lot since it was first printed in 9th. As someone who has traversed the interwebs for a playset of russian ninth wraths, believe me that russian commands an insane premium. But still if a russian bob is a grand, whats the going rate of a jap foil? like 500-750?
Honestly people, if the modern repacks were to be printed, it would be large enough that they wouldnt be an atrocious price... they wouldnt be allocated and would be a mass release, Plus it makes modern be able to become a PTQ format, something legacy can never do. Im all in favor of repacks like modos masters editions
On the bob, goyf and jtms problem, Both goyf and bob would be fine reprints in a standard environment.. Now being how innistrad is already printed, there wont be any last minute editions, BUT looking at future sets, there is a very good chance that those two will see a reprint... Jace is well jace... and I think a dual deck esk product will be the only way we see a reprint of him.... So other then those 3 what cards are super expensive??? Fetches wont be reprinted soon, and there is a surplus of the new ones. With the rumored return to ravnica(YAY!) I expect shocklands so that is covered as well... So it not only makes sense to see the reprints in the next 2 yearsish, and then the niche staples are jsut that, staples for some decks but not the format... I for one am stoked at the new format and think as long as wotc reprints the main staples, it will over take legacy.... so uh go wotc????(BLEHHH)
