Creatures you control get +X/+0 and have haste, where X is the number of Berserkers you control. The more the angrier.
Does the card have to make the creature explicitly better in the now (+2/+2) or can the "better" be an effect that doesn't apply to raw power (can be played from the graveyard, return it to your hand when it dies, etc.)?
Exile a card from the top of your library, a card at random from your hand, and a card at random from your graveyard in a face-down pile. Shuffle that pile and choose two cards from it. Manifest those cards.
