MTG Salvation

I've already done it, I love Rotting Regisaur. The disadvantage of cards can be tricky but 9/10 times I prefer to see it in my opening hand over Shadow. Less tax on my graveyard allows me to use Unearth and I'm currently testing out 1 Logic Knot.

I've been having a lot of fun with Kaya Usurper. I've also been testing Sorin Vengeful Bloodlord but I'm not sure if Solemn Visitor is better, however I do like having the ability to bring back smaller creatures as well as giving the big ones lifelink.

I'm a grixis shadow player and I've been testing a Grixis Control list with Kess and decided. I couldn't help myself and added 2 copies of Death's Shadow as a potential finisher, since Control naturally can lose life through fetches but none of the wraiths or thoughtsiezes. No delve creatures means the graveyard acts as more of a toolbox for snaps and Kess. I also am testing unearth with young pyro. I've been enjoying it so far, between unearthing and K-Commanding pyros, snaps, and DS it has some potential. Its still vulnerable to grave hate but I like not always relying on delve fatties. I'll post a list after more testing.

Anyone testing Jace IN the deck?

I've never had a problem with burn, especially post board. White by itself has a multitude of lifegain options available. A resolved TKS and Reality Smasher is usually backbreaking for them, especially if you have a Sorin out.

True. Bauble is ultimately irreplaceable.

Nihil doesn't have to cost anything to be put into the graveyard. The only problem is that shrinking an opponents graveyard might potentially shrink your goyfs.

I meant in the sense that it doesn't rot in my hand. It definitely feels bad an the fatal push world but that's true for most creature in this deck.

It looks good. I've found myself happier seeing Enigma Drakes more than Cryptic Serpents since it's never a totally dead card.

Back on the bolt discussion, I'm considering cutting my land destruction in the sideboard for bolts in an attempt to just play as fast as possible or a possible second Battlerage. This would also give me more removal against more go wide decks. Thoughts?

Before there was discussion about putting in two copies of Death Shadow in a standard Delver list and letting your shocks and Thoughtsiezes do all of the work. It might be viable in that list.

I still like having one bolt. I might have turned into a mediocre removal spell but it's still relevent and I still have won games with bolt > Snap > Bolt or pumping multiple Shadows on the field.

My bad. Didn't pay attention to which version I was looking at lol. In which case I would say it looks good, I'd still find a way for a copy of Liliana, she's great against Azban and grindy decks. Also agree that Terminate would be better than Go for the throat.

I feel like it's a mistake to not have Thoughtsieze mainboard anyway. What are you running in it's place? No Lilianas?

Well I know people are testing RW taxes. I'm looking for something to build in Boros colors that isn't burn. I WAS planning to build a Nahiri/GDD land destruction build but we know how that turned out.
