Wizards never instant ban someone. Dont be affraid on reporting him, after your polite talk, if he continues to deny the prize support. Someone official will find out what happened, and comunicate with the store owner about any "mistakes" he may have had runing his event.
They are never hard on new TOs, and I think there is potencial for abusse here, so is good for him to know that he have players that know how thing works (both as a warning or as people to ask for help).
Apart:
Has anyone ever listen to something as "maximum prize support"? as in Prerelease been no competitive events so there is not recommended to give 2 boxes to the winner/top8 and non to little 3-2 Timmy?
Becuase Wizards want you to know this isnt only about on tournament (the PT). There are a lot of side events, +++ stuff you can do. Is a Magic convention, a whole weekend of pure Magic, for everybody, not just the Pros
I still have the Avatar i won last year at the Momir Basic event. I was looking for prices but found them very diferent form one site to another. How were the prices of avatars afected by the Momir tournament? also, i guest is better to get tix for those, right?

Is giving me a 7, but only looked for "0". Dont know if that is the way to do it
