His -6 is kinda unprintable... "Your opponent plays 3 turns behind you in all instances of spells." I mean, cmon, you really think that's realistic? Comparable final -s take a while longer, honestly. I also think the +1 is just a little too powerful. Just a little, though. One problem I have with the +1 is that as far as the flavor of magic goes, shuffling ones hand into ones library is more an act of mental control than one of temporal manipulation. The library is the planeswalker's mind, their potential, their spells, their memories. I understand that the original would be time twister, but I'm more speaking of more recent developments by Wizards to connect different mechanical aspects of the game like damage to flying creatures to the "flavorful" occurences in the game like wind storms. Just putting my 2 cents in on that part, as I could see it going either way with Wiz. Your +0 is the ability I like best, as it synergises well with the + and has lots of potential power, something that's good for a +0. I'd say as far as flavor goes I love him, but he's a bit op for me to see being in the next set, if you know what I mean. Appreciate the effort. Cool idea Cool

You need four duals of the colors, in any combo. skeins sucks, and I think that as far as the deck goes you don't need more than three reanimation spells.

B/W won't be good. It just allows decks to play a more interesting reanimator or such. It's gonna be BU or BUX if anything. I mean, cmon, what more creature removal does B/W control need that white doesn't already have? I do like the rock with this and B/U tron ideas with it though.

well, I think that this is nice. Fact is that shock has never been broken, so adding it to white just makes casual more versatile. This is gonna be fun.

people don't like the goblin as much as they should. GOBLIN DECKS! Think about 1 mana for two goblins with haste plus three sacs. I like it alot. It's a ritual in goblins sometimes and great with sledder and sharpshooter (not that you'll run sharpshooter that often.)
The sliver is different though, in the fact that it's obviously abusable. It's all been said b4 so I won't repost the same old thing, but I don't even know whether to believe this sliver. I mean, a 4/4 sure, even a 5/4, but 5/5 doesn't seem to make sense to me. Improvement on djinn? Why?

How is the angel bad? 4 for a 3/3 flier's good and she's great when compared to other white creatures. Late? Yes. Worth it? I think so.

I know that the metathran couldn't reproduce, but this is MAGIC. How do you know that evolution works exactly the same? How do you know that a race forged of magic couldn't reshape themselves over time? As I said, it's improbable, but just because it's improbable doesn't make it impossible. I also posed another theory: that it is a metathran fluke by urza, left in the time rifts of tolaria.

The metathran could have evolved couldn't they have? And they couldn't have all died. What would have happened if metathran lived through the war? Would they all just have died? I would guess probably, but why can't you even entertain the thought of them evolving? Everyone else is spouting out hairbrained ideas like "maybe it's teferi" or "he definitely looks black" and even "maybe he's gith." Gith? I have some theory behind my assumptions. They evolved into a full race and this card is a mage who would be rare and therefore upity, hence the expression. He also does seem to have markings on his face if you'll just notice the white lines. Genreations without war could have re-shaped their faces. Also, if you'll remember your storylines, the metathrans were bread in time rifts. Is there any other race so interconnected with time spirals than them? Maybe it's even one that Urza had personalized and left in the rifts because it had too much personality to handle and Teferi finds it while wading through the ruins of tolaria. And as far as flavor goes there will probably only be one legend with suspend and it will have to have ungodly power like a phyrexian war machine. They aren't gonna print a legend that looks like this with suspend. How good could he be? He's not doing anything in the picture and isn't that impressive looking. Give me one powerful legend from dominria (outside of legends) who's pic looked so small, but who's power was immense?

So nobodie's gonna comment on my idea of him being metathran? I mean, vedalken? Nope. Normal person? nnnnoooo. Metathran? Of course!

It's a metathran. Not sure, but I think that it's better than the other guesses that are being thrown around. Not Teferi, Urza, or obscure Ice-age character. It's been a while, so they got a tan. Facial structure is quite close also. Here:

Notice the prevalence of shoulder pads in SOLDIERS so mages would have more ornate shoulder pads. I also think that those aren't blinkmoths. blinkmoths are bluish:

these are yellowish like spellbinder's magic:

This energy is shown in other cards like magma mine and darksteel gargoyle's mouth. It seems more like raw power(STOOGES!) or magic to me. I think that it's supposed to represent a store of pure energy. Seems to make sense to me.
