I found it interesting he thinks Sorin will be less forgiving though - nothing in the previous stories implied to me that Sorin didn't want the titans dead.

He meant less forgiving when someone ignores his commands/counsels, just like Jace did with Ugin, not concerning the Eldrazi in particular. It is a wise advice since Jace is going to meddle with Sorin's affairs in his homeplanet and with his ex-partner Nahiri.

This is actually a sweet decklist, despite not being aggro (which we favor). Interesting idea!

What i would suggest is including 1 or 2 more endgame threats. Cards like Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and Batterskull in the maindeck, are better at putting your opponent at a clock than lets say Gideon Jura, though he does have his merits.

I also recommend 1 more card draw engine. You opt for the midrange kind of games, so 1 more Outpost Siege in the sideboard against better suited lategame decks can be handy. You can't outspeed them with this build, combo with Kiki is harsh when they pack tons of removal, thus the only solution is going over them, with card advantage.

Lastly, perhaps our horrible horrible manland may (i repeat MAY) have it uses when your opponents end up in topdecking mode.

Freaking exams is ruinning my fan with the new meta environment.

Searing Blaze mainboard and Deflecting Palm must be the way to go still. I already added a third Blaze. Chalice of the Void game 1 is most certainly defeat. Such a problematic card. Next games we have Tear // Wear, which is narrow enough though.

There needs to be printed something like: RR, Sorcery, destroy target nonbasic land, +2 damage to its controller or WW, enchantment, Lands can't add more that one mana per tap, casting cost can't be reduced for any card (ignore the wording). I would wager in favor of thr first card but you know, standard...

Right now my sideboard is like this:

The two 3cmc 4dmg cards are there for the obvious life/counter hate and because they make solid options against midrange in the certain topdeck war to come when you face them. If a card that hates nonbasic lands comes out, i will seriously think about adding it. I am not a fan of Blood Moon and right now don't have the cash to buy a couple of them while Molten Rain is one-third too slow for my deck.

I am mostly intrigued about the Skin Invasion, as it sounds too damn black, yet it is Red, and the Gossipmongrel, cause you know, DAT name! Also, they are both 1cmc, so is one more red creature if a count correctly, so crossing fingers they will be aggressive as hell. A man can dream nevertheless...

Still confused about the invasion though. Why not mind invasion? That would explain the Threaten kind of effect. But the skin? Damn you Wizards! I need to know NOW!

I think you got the invastigators right man. Nicely thought.

Madness as many expected is going to return and we have a pseudo threshold mechanic, ala delirium. I am hyped!

As for Nahiri, her anger and will for vengeance reminds me Ajani, thus RW should be her new color identity. As for he abilities, i hope they are not strictly equipment related. Boros has so much design aspects to choose from, that this looks too narrow to me. Perhaps in a commander deck yes, but here i want her to do other nasty tricks besides artifact manipulation.
Or if they are going this way in the end, I would prefer her to create her own equipments rather than demand you to play more with her. Oh, and make her a freaking 3cmc. Please!

Thanks for the solid feeding aweseomeisfree. Here is the revised version:
    Temporary Impisonment W
    Enchantment (U)
Exile target creature until Temporary Imprisonment leaves play.
3: Destroy Temprorary Imprisonment. Only the owner of that creature may activate this ability.
''His Orzhov lawyers will get him out eventually. Nevertheless, time shall be enough for our plan in the midtime.''- Ral Zarek to Azorious Senate

I think Teysa is a lawyer in profession, so the Orzhov can work in courts, unless they cover a specific thematology only.

50 mana win-the-game sorcery- The question to ask here is if the cost is reduced by exiling those cards or by just counting them. I would propose the latter if you go for the 50cmc -> 10 win route. For example if you have 7 card in hand, 12 permanents and 13 card in the graveyard, that is 50-32=18 cost.
If you want to make it work by exiling things, thus reducing the chances of a second copy be cast, then the cmc has to be drastically lowered.
    Fun idea!

    Next,

    Artisan of Pain RR
    Creature- Goblin (R)
    Haste
Whenever Artisan of Pain deals combat damage to a player, that player can't gain life until the end of his next turn.
''He dies to anything you can throw at him. Problem is, you are likely to die first before you start bubbling mage.''
    3/1

So if you cast it, you merry the creature until you somehow get rid of it via exile or destroy the enchantment. My problem is mainly from a flavor perspective, as i don't see how the meticulous WB can allow a slave the hurt them that much, especially in case of high power. This seems to be made for those low cmc, high value critters out there nevertheless, which is not bad.
If want it to behave like this, i see no huge problem, though indestructible can get out of hand. Should you want to make it a bit more general answer to any kind of creature, i would suggest making it a 4cmc with a set amount of life loss per turn.
    Nice design mechanicaly.

    Temporary Impisonment W
    Enchantment (U)
Exile target creature until Temporary Imprisonment leaves play.
The controller of that creature may pay 3 anytime he could play an instant. If that player does, sacrifice Temporary Imprisonment.
''His Orzhov lawyers will get him out eventually. Nevertheless, time shall be enough for our plan in the midtime.''- Ral Zarek to Azorious Senate

An early game removal for those aggro and tempo decks. It gets rid of everything bar shroud/hexproof at the lowest of costs, but loses much value in the late game to compensate for its early power.

I would love to see a musician/bard. I don't care if he is the wandering or the city performer type, though i personally prefer the second. Totally in for him being mono R, representing the sincerest pure emotions of this color, that are rarely mentioned, and never used mechanicaly.

Perhaps someone who wants to write an unprecedented epic story about legendary heroes while he remains the silent narrator, even if he actually participated in those accomplishments. He would be an artist who beliefs in the expression of creativity and the glorification of the chaos threads of life that tie everyone together.

Ajani was vengeant, Sarkhan was mad, Koth is angry, Chandra is uncontrollable. He shall be a gentleman. A red char that prefers more subtle, yet somehow convincing methods of coming atop.

Just came here to pay homage to that wonderful Nahiri artwork. This is one of those pieces that urge to become a collector even if you are not. Amazing.

Also, the art of Ulamog remind me of Progenitus, especially its perspective. I tend to believe that this angle from far away must be the best way to portray gargantuan creatures.

    My 2 cents:
Azorius- Lawful Neutral (lawful good in the eye of the commoner)
    Boros- Lawful Neutral
    Selesnya- Neutral Good
    Orzhov- Lawful Evil
Izzet- True Neutral with an aspect of chaos.
    Golgari- True Neutral
    Simic- Lawful Neutral
Gruul- Chaotic anything, but most Evil in the eye of the commoner
    Rakdos- Chaotic Evil
    Dimir- True Evil

Few suggestions, make Azorious, Boros and Orzhov the federal empowerement. Their are rewnowed for keeping their word but any individual may have different opinion about them. For example, you Rogue consider them too opressive while your Paladins respects them.

Izzet, Simic and Golgari should be the neccessary science industries. Wheter you like them or not, you need what they offer to make your life easier.

Dimir, Rakdos and Dimir would be the the notorious ones. You don't want to mesh up with them. However, your Barbarian may have a gruul tradition and you Bard might be a rakdos musician, even if he is not evil. Just a party guy.

Selesnya is the odd one. They are in theory good, but they philosophy does disregard the individual, to the point of sacrifice for the greater good. Would be a great unexpected villain ''good'' organization.

I agree with your analysis. The cards you mentioned in the third paragraph are among the most dangerous constant stabilizer against us. I used Rest for the Weary as an example because of its recent popularity.

However, Wurmcoil and Scavening Ooze can be destroyed after they are cast, while noncreature lifegain cards or Martyr-like ability are one-hits. If you can't answer them on the stack/moment, they gain huge tempo advantage. Yes, you can still attack and this is what i also prefer (i run a 20/20/20 list right now), but let's be honest, most of the other decks have better midrange cards. This why i opt for beatdown over late game lethality.

Figure of Destiny and perhaps Ajani Vengeant, do we have another card that fits both early and late game?

The problem is that cards that gain them too much life, like Rest for the Weary, casting one of them is most of the times enough for them, especially if they play huge ramp decks like eldrazi. Having 4 Skullcrack still ends up not being enough (i mainboard 3 of them and 1 and the side). Mana Tithe works for me against those cards, and also is one of our few true good cards against midrange and its great plethora of answers and late threats. Countering that Finks or Rhino is what i call sweet sweet life.

Traitor!!!! Playing Spellskite is an insult to our philosophy!!! May God forgive you...

Deflecting Palm is the sideboard card to play! And it does not target, ANYTHING! Spellskite is not an answer to it! Certainly a 2-of now. I kept only one Rending Volley and i might remove that one as well.

About the big creatures that are about to pop up, here is what i do/will start doing: Path to Exile (this is what it is supposed to be exellent against), the afromentioned Deflecting Palm, Mana Tithe (Yes, this little demon, now follow me with this here, this card not only deals with that big creature, eldrazi do get something since it is on the cast, but it also deals with the protective cards that hinders us before those creatures are cast. Timely Reinforcements, Rest for the Weary, Pyroclasm, those card destroys us far more than that lone eldrazi or artifact giant out there.), Hallowed Moonlight or my fifteenth card right now Ratchet Bomb for the tokens/low CMC noncreatures permanents.

What happens with Ob? Is his fight with Chandra fair and square and then the other 3 join her, or she just discovers the flame within and kicks his ass? Does he leave in the end?
