I started at my grocery store in april 2007 working in the deli part time making 7.50
Now im in "Upper Management" (If you can call it that) making 8.50

The only time ive gotten a raise was when state minimum went from 7.50-7.75 then i got offered another job and they begged me to stay and put me up to 8.50

now they refuse to give anyone a raise so im in the process of getting anohter job

As far as job reviews go. i had one that was when they gave me my raise and bumped me to management

I have a Love/Hate Relationship with my job

I love my job when i have something to do. Hate it when i have nothing to do

I'm the Pricing Coordinator/Assistant Manager of a Small Grocery Store which means im also Computer Tech Support and i work in EVERY department (Cashier, Stock, Bagger, Produce, Meat Dept., Deli, Bakery, Service Counter, Accounting, Ordering)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday I get papers from the owner with things for me to put in the computer which means that i have to type a 10 diget UPC in for EVERY item and they could range from 3000-16000 items per day and after typing in the upc i change the price or set a date for a sale and what not. so lots of typing

but i get 45-60 hours per week and my actual job only takes about 20 hours to do. so i have learned that if i use firefox on my boss's computer in his office nobody ever looks at it so i can browse the internets when im the acting manager =)

Didnt See a thread for this yet

Been playing this in MWS and at my local FNM and doing pretty good

Main point of the deck is
Turn 1: MTN, Harbinger, get what you need
Turn 2: MTN, Smokebraider, attack with harbinger if they are open
Turn 3: MTN, Play Nova Chaser champion harbinger, Evoke Acolyte, attack for 12

Otherwise you can just play all your good elementals (Mulldrifter, Acolyte, Reveillark, Glarewielder) and beat face

Reveillark isn't the main win and when he comes down everyone freaks and plays differently Grin

Some changes i was thinking about making for SHM
    -4x Mauler
    +4x Ashenmoor Gouger

    Side:
    -4x Pyroclasm
    -3x Rift Bolt
    +4x Fulminator Mage
    +3x Sootwalker

    Matchups:

Kithkin: Worst matchup, if you draw really good you have 60/40 chance, otherwise 30/70

Fairies: Decent, 70/30-60/40 depends on draws and play skill

Revillark: Whoever is faster, You can go off turn win turn 4 so its decent

    Big Mana: 50/50

RDW: They can only win if they kill the smoke braiders and most of the creatures fast, but i havnt had too much problems 80/20

    Suggestions?

Personally I enjoy Droid a lot, I bought their album after hearing Ressurection on my XM radio (Lol we get it through DirecTV) and I wasn't dissapointed, then again I listen to MetalCore more then Death/Black Metal :p

This is interesting to me. I thought it their cover of Holy Diver was one of the worst things I've ever heard. I love Dio, though, so I'm definitely biased.

I dunno if it makes me any less Metal in Your Guy's eyes but I think that it was a good cover, but then again I like a lot of covers. I just enjoy a New Take on an already good song/Album (IE Six Feet Under Cover of ACDC Back In Black i think it was)(I also found a Metal cover of Christina Aguilera's Genie in a Bottle, i was ROFL the whole time)

Man, that's terrible! Never heard of exploding computers before. XD

Anyway, I started listening heavily to Metalcore bands just few months ago...
The bands that I can reccomend are:

    Hatebreed
    Converge (the fathers of metalcore)
As I Lay Dying (heavily influenced by In Flames/Scar Simmetry)
    Heaven Shall Burn
Dillinger Escape Plan (calculating infinity only, since you may find their last two works too much poppy)
    Killswitch Engage

Screamo is a totally different genre. Screamo roots are hardcore punk and indie (even 80's emo), while Metalcore roots are Death metal, Hardcore punk and more specifically, influenced by hardcore breakdowns.

    Typical Screamo Bands are:

    La Quiete
    the Apoplexy Orchestra
    Envy
    Ape Must Not Kill Ape

just to name some bands that I actually listen to. Ixidor Version two can help better to complete this rough list.

To most of the "Scene" kids nowadays MetalCore=Screamo, but I know the differance

    As for your list

Hatebreed-- I dont really think they are MetalCore, I always just put them at Hardcore
Converge (the fathers of metalcore)-- Ill check them out
As I Lay Dying (heavily influenced by In Flames/Scar Simmetry)-- I got 2 of their CD's (Dont know if theres more)
    Heaven Shall Burn-- LOVE THEM
Dillinger Escape Plan (calculating infinity only, since you may find their last two works too much poppy)-- Have to check it out yet
Killswitch Engage-- their earlier stuff with Jesse Leach was better, Im not srue about the new stuff, though I like their Cover of Holy Diver
