They can go off on turn 4. You really can't do much before then but drop a riptide pilferer getting 2 cards or drop a COP: Red and hope they don't have gigadrowse. That's why I thought luminesce, costs one white, and if you have a wrath of god, you my friend, have just owned an entire deck with a common (¿or is it uncommon?).

You are not supposed to beat dragonstorm...

However, you can sure try by remanding lotus bloom, siding in COP: Red, and Riptide Pilferer. Cool

Edit: You can try luminesce for a one single white mana kill versus dragonstorm (followed with a next turn ***)

    Numot < Aeon Chronicler

Against Tron, Numot just gets remanded a couple times until it runs into a man leak. Aeon Chronicler is uncounterable draw that comes into play (maybe even a turn later.) I would rather have suspended the chronic for 1, and drawn 2 cards next turn, and have it come into play as an X/X. Ok, so if they remand it you get to wash, rinse, and repeat, and if they counter it, you netted a 1 card, card advantage.

I don't think uncounterable draw can be so easily underrated.

Versus other decks, suspend for two, wrath of god, net two cards and an X/X with a clear board.

It rolls over to Angelfire, even without Angels and without fire.
If someone knows a solution to an Aeon Chronicler for X or all the other associated card draw / natural resilency of the deck, or other decks with massive draw that would be the only way The Rack could be viable.

    Play Dralnu splash Red -

    Sulfur Elemental > Aggro
    Demonfire > Control

You just add 4 steam vents, 2 molten slagheep, and maybe a shivan reef or two.

It has very solid matchups and dominates many control decks with an EOT Mystical Teachings for Haunting Hymn. Next turn opponent discards hand, has nothing on the board, is down card advantage by about 5-6 cards. GG

EDIT: It can beat detritivore because by the time they can play it, one land, two lands, three lands, it really doesn't matter a whole heck of a lot, and you respond with an EOT Teferi and it will never come into play.

SRdude- not like it matters, but don't give out lists card for card

Anyway, from that version I have since overhauled the mana base and slightly altered the sideboard.

Again, don't have the deck infront of me, can't see what I changed it to.

How about the deck list? I know for my self I would like to test the build SRDude plays with.

    It's really simple

    29 ISH mana sources
Creatures (including detritivore, chonicler, court hussar)
    Compulsive Reseach, etc.

I don't have the deck infront of me (leant it out) and I didn't have a list.

Hello all - this is my first post (go me, hurray)

Here's the deal. I won SSQ (Scholarship Series Qualifier, the official name) playing a decklist card for card that came from SRdude. Every card was absolutely key. Having Aeon Chronicler and Detritivore put the mirror match (and tron and dralnu) I played several times HEAVILY in my favor. My opponent had Boom/Bust, however, having my own signets and flagstones, when he finally did cast it, it was a win more card for me.

The only card that I saw was the least effective was Bogardon Hellkite (which may be better off replaced by demonfire).

I went 7-0-1 for the day, and my friend also won an SSQ with this deck; again, card for card according to SRdude's list.

That's my 2c. I really don't care if you take his advice/listen/don't listen/completely disregard what SRdude says. However, he made a deck that won 2 SSQs, it can't be that bad.
