The Force cycle seems like a cycle of safety valves so far. Negation is against unruly combos, Vigor is against unruly prison strategies.
I'm trying to predict the others now, but I'm at a loss for things that could get out of hand that Red and Black could deal with. White, has some potential for something, but I still can't even guess.
Saying Twin is fine but SFM is not, is just pure bias. What they said about SFM is exactly why Twin was banned AND we have data backing that up. Not saying Twin isn't fine now, because i think it is, but like IdSurge said, i'm just saying that this homogenization argument is a really bad one unless there's an obvious disparity in power levels, which is not the case for these cards.
So what if every Wx fair deck plays SFM? Good cards will see more play than bad cards. Are we banning all staples because they homogenize decks across the format? How is Twin "just adding another archetype without taking away as much" and SFM is homogenizing all these fair decks that don't even exist in first place because they are already being pushed out by the linear madness? We know for a fact that Twin would homogenize URx decks like it did in the past. But again, so what?
Don't hold your breath. It was already next in line (behind BBE) and just got skipped. I highly doubt they want stoneblade in the format when it was one of the most oppressive decks of all time. In my opinion the Jace unban just seals SFM's fate to rot on the banned list.
Sad but true. On the other side, unbanning Jace is another nail on the Twin coffin as well.
We need unbans not bans. People take it too personal sometimes it seems. They want things banned because they don't like it, sigh.
Eldrazi Temple is a good card but a turn 2 TKS is not nearly as obnoxious as a turn 3 Karn into a bunch of non-sense. Oh, we also have the occasional "oops i win" by dropping a Chalice on turn 2. Even so, i don't think anything from this stupid deck should be banned. IF it ever gets oppressive, the logical step would be to nerf the deck's ability to fight aggro and protect their fatties by banning Chalice.
At this point, SFM and BBE are pretty safe. And even if SFM gets too good somehow, banning Batterskull wouldn't cost much to the format as the only deck consistently playing it is Etron. All other cards carry a bigger risk, imo. Even twin.
There's a possibility that the only thing JTMS would break is my wallet, but who knows.
I've been playing this archetype for almost 4 years now and it's brought me a lot of success. This is a link to my spreadsheet which I've used to record all my leagues since switching to Eldrazi Taxes. The most important part of the spreadsheet is the probably the matchup win rates against each archetype. I'm not sure if putting it up is disadvantageous for me or not so I'm not sure how long I'll leave it up for.
I think that I have a pretty good grasp on the archetype and of each card in the deck and each potential card that could be in the deck as I've tried out almost anything that's worth trying.

Before I forget!!! I saw a guy playing ENT on Card Hoarder the other night and he was sb'ing Matter Reshaper. He brought in in against Abzhan Midrange and it freaking wrecked them!
Has anyone tested this card enough to know if this is a fluke or the real deal?
I am curious about this and probably willing to test it on stream if yall are at all interested! Lemme know

Been testing Reshaper lately and my only problem with the card is that he's at its best in matchups where we have to bring in RiP. Tried maining him in E&T replacing Bob and it was pretty good. Don't know if it's correct though. As you said, BW E&T is almost locked already, and since boss Penips is running Bob, i can't really argue against it.
Would love to see you testing it however! Seems like the card has potential.
SFM is super safe imo. Even if things run out of control, they could just ban Batterskull. Pretty sure no one but e-tron would miss that. This would obviously benefit UWx control and D&T, two archetypes that could use some love in Modern. Also, they could just reban the thing like they did with GGT? Or even better, they could just print answers. The risk here is just Abzan getting too good (again).
As much as i would like to call some bans right now, i stil prefer to have more cards in the pool to deal with the bullsh*t rather than just banning it all, lol.
What do you guys think of the new white god? Better than Heliod, God of the Sun? I had some success with Heliod in the past, but lately i've been playing Elspeth, Knight-Errant instead.
leyline will let you land your sideboard hate card, otherwise you need to expect it to get discarded.
Have you considered Nephalia Academy? Came across that card but never actually played it. E&T can't really afford to play it, but maybe other builds can.
I'm having trouble with Shaodow also. In fact, the amount of hand disruption spells i'm facing lately is making me want to run Leylines in the board. I just don't know if that's good enough.
I'm talking about the emblem there. It is a softlock too. Much like Worship and it gets better if we can "detain" a creature every turn later on. Maybe we can combine/protect him with other cards and make our opponents life hell. Afterall, our deck is nothing without synergies.
But like i said, we'll have to test it but he seems promising to me.
