expedition map as box topper ?
this card is neither long in hand or play, so it will be an expensive card in your library or graveyard... why bother making it a boxtopper ?
can i exile a creature with Soulherder that returns to the battlefield at the beginnig of the endstep, for example when it was exiled with Venser, the Sojourner before ?
(like do i need to have a target when the trigger goes on the stack?)
yes, that is lame. not to mention it will also mix up with the 1st look at zendikar.
wizards knows how to build "no hype" for a set. or maybe it works better to just spoil a few days before release, take in the short hype sells and than move on to the next product. who knows. but spoiler season isnt enjoyable anymore. (but guess it doesnt matter that much in a reprint set)
tbh i dont really care about pauper or historic. pauper is not existent where i live and i dont play arena.
so that leaves modern and pioneer. one ban and one unban.
i am fine with both decisions tbh. but i doubt the oath unban will affect pioneer that much.
i still think both formats still have to many banned cards, but i never saw the data wizards is using to evaluate what needs a ban and what not.
i also understand why there are no bannings in standard. rotation is comming soon and i would also wait to see what changes zendikar will bring to standard.
that would be stupid. u dont even need to react to the board anymore, just leave as it is and wait till you draw you combo.
the game would be so upper boring. u just play this turn 3 and than nothing would happen for several turns. why would u want this ?
i didnt think that the mechanic itself was busted, i think some of the cards that had the mechanic were busted. if lurus would have been a 6 mana card to begin with, we would have had much less talk about this mechanic
a guaranteed draw card should just not be overpowered, and i think this is a lesson they should have already known from commander.
to sad, that a mechanic, that was finally a littlebit creative and still kept a flavorful idendity in magic, is now a 9 on the storm scale
guess new mechanics will be the same boring thing they did in the past. take an old card with an effect, give a mechanic name and build cards around it. (like Grim Flayer has an effect that later became surveil... but its not like grim flayer got erata)
not sure what i have to think about extra decks and so, will have to wait and see for that
i am pretty sure we see basic land reprints, depending on the colors of the decks, we could see all 5 being reprinted ^^
jokes aside i think cyclonic rift will be either in double masters or in commander legends. while double masters is more likely, since wizards learned by now that commander products sell well without good reprints. so dont get your hopes to high for decent reprints in this set.
to those saying she can have her opinion the way she wants... you are absolutly right
but no one can force wizards to work with people whose opinion they dont share, especially when it is an racist anti-semitic artist.
she can find a trump friendly company to sell her art. and her art is great btw, but from a human or morale point of view, i wouldnt want to work with her either.
... it is not that artists are that rare. so now someone new might get a chance to deploy their work to a greater community.
it is as it is. everyone needs to move on. we, wizards and terese nielson. we all need to adopt to changes in our life
as i said in the other topic, the banning will just increase the attention to these cards, which were forgotten by most people or which newer players never have known in the first place. now their price is increasing, surely not what wizards intended to accomplish with this (or ?)

this would be nice in 6€ 2XM booster packs
wtf are they thinking ("our customers are stupid as hell, dont worry, we print this, they buy anyways") ???
somewhere in the world, people go to sleep already and they have no cards to dream about ^^
