Teferi, Hero of Dominaria makes this enticing to play Jeskai. Swap something of mine for something good, then tuck mine back in my library. If they also have a Teferi, I could swap mine for theirs, then tuck my own. Lol =)
How the heck would an X control exchange work in the first place?
We already have Cultural Exchange , simply do it with X instead of "any number" , done.
This card is cool though, because it's so cheap for the effect. If it was an X spell it'd have to be XX casting cost, and then we're paying 5 mana minimum. Donate was cool because it was 3 cmc. Much less good at 5 mana. I like it as a one-off effect of it's this cheap.
Black has been tertiary in haste for a while now. off the top of my head, Yahenni, undying partisan is one. there are more.
It's been on black cards forever:
Nether Traitor
Ichorid
Ashen Ghoul
Bloodghast
Akuta, Born of Ash
Nether Shadow
Some of these have conditional haste, but it's been there. Nether Shadow was in Alpha. In fact, in Alpha only one green aura and the Nether Shadow had haste.
We need those legendary creatures. A Sphinx acting like a Goblin is hilarious
Uthlon the Wise MANIC! 2UUUR
Legendary Creature - Sphinx
Flying, Haste
When ~this~ enters the battlefield, create two 2/2 Blue Sphinx creature tokens with flying.
UR: Sacrifice a sphinx, ~this~ deals damage equal to the sacrificed creature's power to any target.
3/3
Grangle, the FRANTIC! in Repose URR
Legendary Creature - Goblin
First Strike, Vigilance
Whenever an opponent draws a card, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

While I'd hate to crush your enthusiasm, I do want to note that the previous ravnica block contained Leyline Phantom and zero actual leylines. So... yeah.
Lol. That's on me, I suppose. I was on my MtG hiatus during the last trip to Ravnica. I guessed I missed that fact.
The card Leyline Prowler revealed today shows they are referencing the leylines, again. Any chance they'll reprint Leyline of the Void or maybe introduce some new ones?
Grim Initiate with Death Baron. First Strike + Deathtouch. Yes please. Gotta say, though, all these zombies that look like blue skeletons are driving my crazy. I need more skeletons for tribal EDH, but all the skeletons are really zombies.
I love the flavor, too. It's such a cool card. Even let's me use Stitcher's Supplier turn 1. Turn 2 Eternal Taskmaster. Turn 3 I can Call to the Netherworld if I need something in the bin.

Less than or equal.
Default power also casts Ancestral Vision, Living End, Wheel of Fate, and Restore Balance, too, doesn't it?
Turn 1: Faithless Looting pitching Ancestral Vision + w/e.
Turn 2: Cast Dreadhorde Arcanist.
Turn 3: Attack and draw 3 cards?
