Skin Invasion seems like it could almost be a little too good.
It may be this set's Delver, though I don't know how playable it is in Modern or Legacy.

I have no idea about Modern or Legacy but I think Skin Invasion is going to make some waves, it's an insane anti-sweeper card, and it makes killing any weenie creature enchanted with it a doubtful proposition.

My earliest conclusion from looking at the spoiler as a whole is that Delirium is going to be much more decisive and widespread than we may have expected, there are no graveyard nukes or controllers, eatersor punishers , not even all-purpose pinpoint elimination. Non-creature cards are going to stay in the yard triggering Delirium in all certainty, so keeping opponents off Delirium isn't going to be so feasible, maybe Mindwrack Demon will turn out to be decent after all...what a missed opportunity, imagine keeping your opponent off Delirium with a Withered Wretch reprint =)

These names are getting more and more ridiculous. From Under the Floorboards? Really?

What's next? Out of Your Pantry? Within the Kitchen Sink? Below the Coffee Table? Right Behind the Closet?

I think you forgot "From Under Your A*s":p

Anyway, that is the best card of the bunch, it's a really powerful mana sink for the endgame, especially if you chuck it to Baby Jace so you can spend all of your mana making zombies.

Creeping Dreadis just meh, like a more expensive Megrim that also enables madness for free to your opponents, hey, great synergy with the above card, fill the table with zombies thanks to your opponent...it is also like Megrim in the sense that it can win you a game and be the best thing ever, or more frequently, sit around doing absolutely nothing.

The green card is mythically...underwhelming, really Wizards? it has no real impact on the board in Limited besides being a big dumb creature, which are usually just rare, the lack of trample makes it very vulnerable to chump blocking, sure, reach is fine but you'd expect a big green beater to be better at attacking rather than defending. The ramping effect may be useful in some Limited games but it's not such a great thing to have. Maybe it was made a mythic because of the novel design, a green dumb monster, the sort of which usually goes into RG Ramp decks, that is actually less useful when you ramp it out with mana dorks or hipsters...and again, can be chumped with a stupid Eldrazi Spawn token.

Well, to me the number one thing is simply the absence of evidence. Even if I can readily accept the existence of a historical Jesus around 2000 years ago, the whole story about that guy being supernatural is simply preposterous. On a more philosophical level, the whole idea of Hell and an omnipotent, omnipresent God punishing people for commiting the sins he knows they will seems absurdely cruel. The whole problem of evil too, if God is caring and loving and whatever, why doesn't he step in to do something about the idiots blowing themselves up in his name like today in Brussels.

By the way, those of you saying the Islamic God is not the Christian God should read the Koran,it..."borrows" extensively from the Old Testament, especially the book of Exodus. Muhammad made it extremely clear that his God (Allah in Arabic) was the god of Abraham (Ibrahim) and Moses (Musa) and of Jesus (Isa) whom he saw as a prophet, not as the Son of God.

The pokey devil looks maybe Standard-playable if a burn-heavy deck emerges, while a 3/2 with menace isn't bad, the punisher effect is only worth it if you have cards likeReality Hemorrhage Touch of the Void ie. cards that have a one-shot damage effect equal to its mana cost, else you'll end up losing out since the opponent will probably send small creatures or lands to the graveyard. Playing this in Modern Burn is out of the question of course.

And yeah, it could definitely be just some random totally normal sea monster in the art of this card and absolutely nothing special at all. And in fact it probably is exactly that because of all the reasons I list above. But deep in my heart of hearts, I can't help but want it to be Marit Lage.

It's possible that they could errata Marit Lage into an Eldrazi, and the terrible truth Jace is discovering is that the three from Zendikar are not alone. The cryptoliths and the ring at the drownyard look like planar magic to me, Nahiri's knowledge of lithomancy and leylines, and her desire to "make Innistrad bleed" really sounds like she's trying to lure or summon an Eldrazi. I really hope it doesn't go that way, I'd like Marit Lage to be her old ice age self (but thawed).

Now this is a very plausible theory, I aggree with you, after seeing this artI'm not so sure about Emrakul anymore, the resemblance is too great, and what Thraben Inspector and other cards could definitely be some sort of infectious coral or whatever. Maybe Marit Lage is there and that's what Nahiri plans to use to lure Emrakul into Innistrad...setting up a playdate for some sweet tentacley Eldrazi love?

By the way, does anybody know how to link to the Marit Lage token? I can't find it anywhere in the database.

Those are Eldrazi Lamps...or rather, something from Kamigawa? Bygone Bishop's hovering thingies look suspiciously similar to the trinkets some kami had hovering around them.

Wow, they've made a werewolf that will be more annoying than a goblin. A bear that replaces itself is already nice for Limited, and that trample can become relevant with the powe-boosting effects other werewolves have. I like it.

    First!

Holy crap, the art of Bearer of Overwhelming Truths seems straight out of Dark Souls, I absolutely love it. The card is nice for Limited I guess. Jace's Scrutiny isn't exciting, a bit expensive for a combat trick, but at least you get a Clue token.

So THAT'S where Emrakul was hiding! Interesting, I thought the cryptoliths would point to the moon instead, acting kinda like the Lunatic Pandora in Final Fantasy VIII. The whole moon business reminds me of that game. So it could be that the cryptoliths are meant to channel energy from the moon to that spot to awaken whatever is hidden down there. My money's still definitely on Emrakul, those tendrils we have seen look very Emrakul-like, and it makes total sense that only a fraction of Emrakul's energy seeping into the plane would cause some people to go insane (Eldrazi Conscription anyone?), and the cryptoliths could be conduits for that energy instead, draining energy from the slumbering Lavos...I mean, Emrakul, and spreading it through the plane.

The actual card seems like a handy thing to use with discard outlets, and as a slow but nice middle finger to land destruction card. Take that Mwonvuli Acid-Moss! Oh, right, you dun banned in Duels anyway.

HOOLY SH*T! The illustration is amazing, I need one of this in foil. The flavor text is also amazing, this guy is as cool as Dante or Vergil, seriously. On top of that the card is also good, evidently good for limited and considering it's a 1-drop I believe it deserves Constructed testing, a 1-drop with lifelink can get out of hand quickly with power-boosting effects, and that's without mentioning that the sacrifice ability can get ugly with things that have triggered abilities when they hit the yard...like those Gob...Devil Arsonist tokens.

Whoa! This is a Limited bomb for sure, and if GW is strong in Standard we'll see her around. She's got a nice body outside the range of most burn, and can make 2/2 hexproofed tokens with just 2 mana, not bad at all for 5 mana. The fact that she "protects" you from getting Delirium online is quite a nice flavor touch. Looks like she may take over Avacyn's duties after Sorin kills the latter.

SOI replaced BFZ third set. We have seen one Titan/set of BFZ. Nahiri is in Innistrad to make it suffer as Zendikar has. Emrakul has not been seen on a while on Zendikar. She was the most devastatating Titan. The hedrons hold the Titans in the plane and in physical form. She is related to making people crazy and mutate them into Eldrazi (Her Spawm)(What a odd race where male brew babies and famale transform things into babies). Nahiri created the Hedrons. The clue tokens looks like a giant octopus is in the moon....

    Yeah, Emrakul in Innistrad.

I definitely aggree, I think the "Harbinger" part refers to Emrakul, it's the most logical way to get back at Sorin for imprisoning the Eldrazi Titans in her home plane, briging the remaining titan to his home plane.

From other cards and teaser materials we know that Nahiri is creating these strange cryptoliths all over Innistrad, my theory is that they are meant to be some sort of antenna or conduit. Either she's using those to lure Emrakul to Innistrad, or Emrakul is already hiding in Innistrad's Moon, and the cryptoliths are meant to channel her energy to Innistrad, with the effect being the infectious madness we're seeing.

As for Nahiri's card...I'm not too excited, I think the looter effect is quite meh in a 4-drop that requires 2 colors, the -2 ability isn't so bad, but it requires the target creature to be tapped, so if you want to kill a big beater with it and don't have a means to tap it yourself, you'll have to deal with it for one turn at least.

The ultimate isn't so exciting either, it's much of a one-shot deal. But I can imagine it being used in Commander or at kitchen tables to bring an Emrakul, the Aeons Tornor Blightsteel Colossus out of nowhere to win the game right there.

What's a Young Necromancer?...but yeah, I hadn't looked up Gempalm Polluter's awesome 6 CMC when I posted, I only remembered the cycling effect and how Unholy Grotto and other things were used to recur it every turn. Maybe they should give this fellow a BETTER Polluter then. Sounds annoying for the opponent.
