Hello! I'm a first year college student(comp. science degree) and in my upcoming semester I'm taking an SQL class. I've never learned a programming language before, so I have no idea what to expect.
I have a Wild Mongrel in play and my opponent puts Pillory of the Sleepless on it. On my next turn I discard a land to the Mongrel and give it +1/+1 and protection from black; what happens to the enchantment?
I believe counter spells are necessary but I cut the 4 Mana Leaks because it cant stop 1cmc spells that easily ruin this combo (Lightning bolt or Path to Exile for example).
I added in Inkmoth Nexus for a man land polymorph target. I also chose to add Edge of Autumn as my ramp spell of choice because of the cycling ability.
I also need to develop a sideboard for this deck but I can't think of what to add.
The idea is to stall until you can get a token into play and Polymorph it for Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. The deck is fairly gimmicky at the moment but I believe it has some potential. This is a rough draft of the deck so any input you can give is welcome.
I'm very interested in this. My name on cockatrice is KyleInColor. I'll use the same name for irc as well, I just have to re-download a client and get on.
Could Lairwatch Giant block an attacking Caterwauling Boggart?
This question arose during a Lorwyn draft online and I assumed that the Lairwatch could not block.
It seems that all of the top mythic bant lists run no removal at all, most notably Path to Exile.I think running some sort of removal MD for when you need to get rid of potential blockers could be useful but the list is so tight I'm not sure what to take out.
I personally run 1 Sphinx of Jwar Isle and 2 Elspeth, knight-errant. I like Elspeth because it makes mana dorks+exalted even better and gives me a way to play around Day of Judgement. I think she should be considered here, too.

I agree on the subject of manlands. I added in a Dryad Arbor as well as Khalni Garden. How many man lands do you think the deck should run?
@DaGarver
I considered adding in some ramp spells but I don't know what to take out. Suggestions?

Has anyone tried running some MD removal?
