Admittedly this may be an odd idea, but it's an idea none the less. With the banned and restricted lists around players may find themselves with cards collecting dust due to legality issues. My idea is a format including only banned and restricted cards.
Something that makes this different is the obvious shift in power for decks. The one thing I think may make this more difficult is the lack of support cards. Each deck would more than likely need to run multiple colours to even generate enough of a card pool (though i would suggest using a 40 card minimum deck size to make construction easier) and not having access to so many of the cards which allowed these banned cards to really take off, deck construction would become quite skill intensive and I think we would see a drop in the power of these banned and restricted cards.
