I sorta thought it was just the green mana dying so she lost her connection. Considering the repetition about the trees turning to dust. It's as if flip-walker Nissa flipped back over since some land got destroyed.

But jeez the repetition.. As stated, the action got stale, there was just so much of it, and has been in Nissa's last three stories I think. I'm glad the three 'walkers are together now though. Also as a side note, hoping this Jori-En character gets a card. Haven't had a legendary merfolk in a while. Either they're building her up or she's bound to be filed under minor character death.
I was able to get 3 for MSRP from three different stores, as they didn't allow multiple copies for customers. Not hoarding though, the other two are for friends.
The Akromas, Entreat the Angels, Exalted Angel, and Serra Angel all look exceptional with the foil imo.
I remember back in the day I thought the few statues that they made were pretty awesome (Ink-Eyes, Shivan Dragon, etc), but couldn't afford it.
Nowadays, I would eat it up. A statue of my fav planeswalker? Yes please.
The thought came to mind because of the Dragonlords from Tarkir. Their art would make perfect statues.
I wish wotc would produce more merch like this. Do you?
Don't think it's been on here before, but here's a glimpse at the life counter. Looks to be a shiny/pearlescent white and black numbers. Possibly a dark red/gold though, I think there's a filter on the pic (from instagram)
The art for Iridescent Angel is nice. FTV foiling is going to do a number on it though.... all that white. Kind of how the art for Akroma's Vengeance in FTV got nuked. Waste of aleksi briclot art, to boot. Really wish Baneslayer got new art. Oh well.
Well a few weeks ago people "just" wanted Avacyn Akroma Iona and Tariel.
Not to mention, there hasn't been a dedicated spoiler article yet, aside from the Arcana teasers. Linvala would seem like a bomb-y enough draw to preview in their full spoiler article (presumably tomorrow). Think it can go either that way, or full spoiler Arcana with "here's the rest of em!" filler cards to disappoint everyone.
Not speaking for myself though, coincidentally I wanted Akroma/Avacyn/Iona from the start, so I'm more than satisfied.
If that is the case, then I need about 100 of these. I *love* Angel of Despair, and I would greatly like a new art for her!
Would be awesome if it's for Angel of Despair, or the aforementioned Karmic Guide. But with the nice cards spoiled already, I'm skeptical the new art will be on something good. Probably on a filler card like Guiding Spirit or Haunted Angel.
