Cloudthresher, or hell hurricane? You can drop hurricane turn 3 and wipe their board... It's a little faster than cloudthresher, so i like it.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I was referring to the mana ramp deck. Good suggestions however for the other matchups.

Burn helps because it is unpreventable damage. Battle Axe is a house vs. Ramp because it takes most of your creatures out of sulf blast/incinerate range.

Burn helps, but I doubt it does very much in the scheme of things for this particular deck matchup. Battle Axe is solid but ive dropped then turn 2 with a good hand and still lost to them. No one has any particular tech for this matchup?

So I'm playing a pretty standard mono-green list. I'm wondering what we have against mana ramp. It seems like their game against us is dominating, and its becoming the best deck in the format. Do we have any kind of SB tech we can use to turn the matchup a bit more in or favor? thanks a lot guys.

I have a question for someone who has played this deck frequently. How aggresively should you mulligan with this deck? Game 1 are there certain things you need in your hand to keep it? Just wondering as I'm rather new to the deck.

I think the drum to potentially make our splashes a little easier is the pick. In can also make us hit our 5-drops turn 4.

I think the drum deserves some thought as it makes splashing easier and can accel us into our 5-drops. Nothing esle in the pack is that that impressive.

There is no reason to take anything but the splashed removal atm. And @ puzzle I have no time now but later I will take a look.

The surge may be the safe pick, and probably our best, but could we possibly start picking up the best cards to splash from other colors, as a mulldrifter is not easy to let go by.

Guys, can we please be wise with this one, what is the pride going to give us. How often is a top-decked pride going to turn a game around for us as opposed to a top decked thundercloud, titan, or inversion. Why would we want a card like that when the rest of these can do so much more. Especially when we will probably see that card again pick 9. I have really given up if the pride is our pick.

I'll vote for whatever has the best chance of overtaking the pride.

I think we have to pick removal over more 1/1's at this point. A splashed nameless inversion or a thundercloud shaman will both do much more for us than the militia's pride, as it will actually give us some answers. IMO, one of those has to be our pick.
