These are the choices you make when you don't have repercussions. That's one of the main points of Skyrim. If that concept makes you uncomfortable, think. More problematically is that terrible behaviors are *intentionally enabled* by the game developers. Someone has to do the work to make it possible, and a token penalty doesn't come close to being a proper disincentive. A proper disincentive would be so strong as to make you want to put the game down forever and take a deep look inwards. The best example of this is Spec Ops: The Line. It brilliantly creates situations in which you're a terrible human, and then brutally calls you out on how terrible you, the player, are for continuing to play the game. Not a silly point value that really means nothing, but to the core of who you are as a person.
When you are a kid, then you level up a bit, you gain this perk called "ability to make distiction between fantasy and reality". It's really usefull when you need to make distiction between fantasy and reality.

She ignores that hitman absolution's game play mechanics do not encourage killing those women, it actively discourages you by penalizing you. That isn't implicit encouraging in sort of fashion either for or against. It is actively discouraging you NOT to do that. How a game is scored is part of the game play mechanics and she's completely ignoring that.
Again, you're missing the point. What she's saying is that the mechanics of a game, including both bonuses and penalties, present a framework to be explored and tested. Responding to that with "Aha! But there are penalties!" is completely daft. She's not ignoring the existence of these penalties - their existence is integral to her point.

How good would aggressive mining be? Trading a mountain for 2 cards seems pretty good and you can still play lands using something like solem or hart. While getting rid of mining might be difficult it isn't impossible.
Like I said previously, judging by the movement's history Gamergate isn't actually about ethical behaviour by journalists or ethics in journalism but is in fact about harassment of women.
Supporting evidence for my statement includes most of this thread but particularly the Devi Ever/Grace interview I posted a few posts above, where a former Gamergate member (and token trans-woman for #Notyourshield) admits to and apologizes for organizing harassment of women (mainly Anita Sarkeesian) and points out that what caused her to first leave Gamergate was transphobic harassment directed at her by people following Milo "Nero" Yiannopoulos.
