Blood Moon is mostly terrible against Dredge IMO. If the game is going well they only want to cast Insolent Neonate, Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, Burning Inquiry, Conflagrate, Life from the Loam, suspended Greater Gargadon, and flashbacked Rally the Peasants (which of these they want to cast depends on the build, of course). Unless you're up against a Loam/Conflagrate build you aren't shutting them down at all, and are actually helping them by making it so they don't take damage from Mana Confluence. Best-case scenario for Moon against them is that they kept a hand full of Narcomoebas and Prized Amalgams, but if they did that then they have ways to get the Amalgams into the yard and onto the field. Anger is incredible, though.
EDIT: Actually I guess it keeps them off of Gnaw to the Bone, but that's not enough of an incentive for me to board it in because Gnaw's easy to beat.
The "exchange" part makes it kind of anemic in multiplayer, but I like the political aspect of it (make the tree a 0/40 and then later save someone from death by making their life total 40 and then turn it on the biggest threat). Cool card, hope I can get it with Triskaidekaphobia in limited at least once.
Use any of these on Momir Vig, Simic Visionary to make his text effectively read "Whenever you cast a green creature spell, search your library for a creature card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library." and then combo off with mana elves and Intruder Alarm/Earthcraft/Cryptolith Rite/Tangleroot.
Playing 49-land Ashling the Pilgrim against Sliver Overlord (at 72 life thanks to whatever-the-black-lifelink-sliver-is-called) and Nekusar, the Mindrazer (at 10, he just played Omniscience but doesn't have enough mana to follow it up with Nekusar and wheel us to death), I am at 2 life and need to really topdeck something truly great to not die. Ashling is on the battlefield with Darksteel Plate and 3 counters, and I have a ton of mana thanks to Extraplanar Lens and Sculpting Steel copying it.
You also seem pretty light on card draw, I recommend Tormenting Voice/Wild Guess and Outpost Siege. I like Commune with Lava a lot too, but it's iffier. Sin Prodder is better here than in most decks, but I still don't think it's worth letting your opponents have the choice.
Mana Confluence/City of Brass/Barbarian Ring are secret tech to manage your life total so that Hidetsugu + doubler doesn't kill you. Fetchlands serve the same purpose, and I found myself quite fond of Pyrohemia for similar reasons.

I'm sure this nets you infinite turns/golems/permanents destroyed/just wins the game through some convoluted means, probably involving Illusionist's Bracers or Dross Scorpion or Clock of Omens or some other such nonsense.

This set is a huge disappointment, aside from making a few cards like Gamble and the Elemental Blasts available in foil.

I draw Basilisk Collar.

It's eating a scarecrow.
Kavu Primarch could be a decent beater in PDH token decks, a 4-mana (or potentially free) 7/7 is no joke.

You might want to read Harness the Storm again.
