Oh no they are not expecting me to pay for the stolen goods, and yes insurance is covering most of it I'm sure. Its just a purely hypothetical conversation, aimed at making me feel worse. I felt like it was my fualt becuase the security system didn't set properly. We now know that they tampered with the system while we were still open.
Also I accepted their offer for full-time manager. The hourly isn't what I was hoping for but the benies were incredible. So looks like me and Mikey are heading back to tip living.
I think Kraj is right on the money. Plus you don't have to add people. I'll add anyone to my Myspace, since everyone "knows" the bartender, but I reserve my Facebook for people I actually know.

So me and the rents are having brunch this weekend, and I'm pretty upset about the break in, we still don't know how much the damage was. The conversation turns to me repaying the owners for lost goods and vanadalism. Keep in mind they've dropped over a half million in this place on decorations alone. After we've talked up a ridiculous amount of hypothetical debt, my mother declaires that there is no way for me to pay it off before I die. I chime in that I can pay it off with my inheritance. Mom replies "oh honey we spent your inheritence" I respond "I didn't mean from you and dad I meant when Ken* passes". Mom then says "Well you blew that one" To which Dad says "Apparently not often enough, Ken left him".

Ugh, women are crazy. So glad I don't have to put up with them ever again.
I've got bad news. Women are deceptively common. If look around in your daily life you'll see them everwhere. Wal-mart, the bank, even some resturants, and eveywhere you see them they bring their crazy with them.
My bar was robbed Saturday night. All they got was a plasma TV, and busted up the register. No one was hurt thankfully, but I'm pretty depressed about it since I was the closer that. Strangely the break in prompted the owners to offer me a full time job w/ benifits.

Whats new? Working two jobs both are 40hrs plus. I've gotten 5 or less hour sleep everynight for over week, and yes I have developed an eye twitch. Seriously that not a joke, happend this morning. The upside is I love the second job, and I'm bringin money by the buckets.
I collected some Eric Balfour pics with the intention of doing HGoTW but several are actually too racy to post (i.e., him in a Speedo that leaves nothing to the imagination, and when I say "nothing" I mean "not even what he looks like when he's really happy".) I may see what I can work out, though.
These past few days have been awful. On Friday I fell down the steps at work and sprained my ankle and today my house basically burned down. The fire destroyed only the living room but now the house is uninhabitable. Now I'm at my mom's house, just trying to figure out what to do now. *sigh*

Sorry to derail the conversation but I need Mikey's option on something... the weekend was huge, will discuss soon. Mikey you worked in a lounge setting correct? What was the bartender tip-out for cocktailers? I think I just got a job as a bar manager and the owners want me to clean up the tip-out system.

For anyone who is a fan of Ryan Reynolds, I highly reccomend the film Buying the Cow. The movie probably sucks, I've only actually seen one scene of it as I happened to be flipping through the stations in a hotel. But Ryan was buck naked for about 5 minutes straight, including climbing out of a window and down a fire escape. Let's just say the director didn't believe in blurring things out or using conservative camera angles.

Texting the forbidden fruit all week has left, me more... um... frustrated than I ever thought possible. The second job is however keeping me busy so I have at least that distraction.
