This is the most powerful removal spell i have ever red in these forums.
Opponent loses two creatures (-2 board advantage) whule you get a creature (+1 board advantage), for a -1 from hand.
Its a 3 for 1 card, and and a 3 board for 1 at that.
It could also target the best walkers or creatures.

Legendary Planeswalker - Shale (MR)
+1] Shale deals 1 damage to any target. Put a loyalty counter on Shale for each damage she has dealt this turn.
-2] Exile the top two cards of your library, you may play those cards until the end of turn. Add R for each card exiled this turn.
-7] Until the end of your next turn, you may activate abilities of Planeswalkers up to three additional times this turn.
Okay math time. Shale gets to activate her base abilities two times the turn she ults, unless she can ult twice or thrice lol.
Turn 8 or 9, she can activate a crazy amount of times. And win from there.
One ult activation (turn 7) barely helps, unless you have another walker.
The goal here is to chain ults together and her +1 pinger that increasingly adds loyalty.
She can also function well as an act on impulse on a clutch. Pinging for 1nper turn is not the worst either.
Planeswalker that stacks multiple "weaker" emblems (think Sorin, Lord of Innistrad but emblemier)
Bonus points if emblems are simple, and simple to stack.

Prey on Emotions deals up to 3 damage to target creature or Planeswalker, then you gain control of that creature or planeswalker until end of turn. If is is a creature, untap it and it gains haste until end of turn.
It hurts to be betrayed by the ideals you believed in.
This is a red twist on Act of treason, Open Fire. Used as a burn it sucks as it cannot damage the face, and is Sorcery and costs 1RR. As an act of treason, it shines.
Many times when a fatty is Act of Treasoned, it is easily chump blocked. But since this deals damage to the creature, chump blocking would probably result in a dead chump blocker and a dead Act of Treason target.
An opponent is given heavy choice, get smashed in the face, or chump block and kill his or her own precious fatty.
This is designed to counter Planeswalker control, because of its flexible damage you can deal enough damage to a PW to kill it or just enough to kill it after it uses a minus ability. Red already has an innate answer to PW because of burn, but usually it is the UW Planeswalker which deserve a bit more removal, and red is the perfect color for stopping UW in the color pie.
Flavorfully, it is like convincing an enemy that the ideals he or she believed in (religion, politics, prophecies, etc) is wrong and it hurts to betray what he or she used to believe in.do you think the mana is balanced?
