Twilight Huntress: Seems a bit off color pie with W. It seems to be both, a Ninjutsu enabler using Landswalk and a 3 damage / 3 life gain for 1WB if you already have a Ninjutsu enabler. (Unblocked creature) It would fit nicely into a W ninjutsu deck with more custom W-colored Ninjas. I would change the last ability to "you may return it to your hand at the end of turn" so you can make use of its reduced Ninjustu cost and its landwalk and don't have to decide between the two.

Planeswalker - Ramaz
+2: Ramaz deals 2 damage to each creature target player controls. Add one mana of any color to your mana pool for each creature that was dealt damage this way.
-2: Put a 4/4 green bear token onto the battlefield under your control. Draw a card.
-8 You get an emblem with. „Play with the top card of your library revealed.“ And „You may play the top card of your library without paying it's mana cost.“
I have a question regarding the connection between Ramaz and Nicol Bolas. In Duel of the Planeswalkers 14 Ramaz sais "The great dragon whispered that you would find me." The Salvation Wiki states that the dragon he talks about is Nicol Bolas yet I can't see where that information comes from. Bolas doesn't seem like a wispering dragon but rather a commanding one. Do we just assume this because he played into Nicol Bolas' plans when he manipulated Chandra into stealing the dragon scroll? And how did Bolas or Ramaz know about the dragon scroll?
Here my baseless theory. Ramaz is the lithomancer. There is a very reasonable connection to the Temur (colors and flavour) and these can (according to the Planeswalkers guide Part 2) shape stone and ice to varying degrees. In addition, Ramaz is said to be mad. I don't know but losing a friend, and spending a long time with a clan on the same plane where his spirit still remains could drive you mad. At least, in the meantime the lithomancer had a lot of time to mess things up in his own way.
Tere are other parallels to the lithomancer even thought they are weak. The sealing of the Eldrazi makes clear that the 3 Planeswalkers that gathered that day were very powerful. In DotP you fight Ramaz 2v1 right after Chandra warns you about how powerful Ramaz is. Then during the fight he uses Earthquake as well as Plow under which flavorwise point strongly towards lithomancy.
If Ramaz was turned out to be the lithomancer we would also get a very nice symmetry between the 3 ancient Planeswalkers. Sorin being BW and Ramaz RUG while Ugin is colorless would include all 5 colors into the trio.
What do you think? Is there a hint on the lithomancer being someone else? being female? on another plane? idk
EDIT: Yea... Nahiri, Hedrons, binding Magic... well, see you in "Return to Zendikar" I guess.
Instant Ferocity enabler + bomb + neutralizes the biggest bane of Timmy decks besides WB nobrain removal for just 5cmc? Only thing that can make this better is a sweet prerelease alt art.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put the top card of your library into your graveyard. If it was a non-creature card, draw a card. If it was a creature card, put it onto the battlefield instead. It gains flying, trample and haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of your next end step. (The upkeep happens before the draw step)
