Firstly, cramps really do suck, and I hope you feel better soon. "Cramps so bad you cry" isn't an understatement.
Being bipolar is rather awful, as well, though I'm not sure but it seems you were implying you aren't(?), so that may not be relevant to you.
Secondly, and I say this respectfully, especially since I'm not even a member of this clan - but "you're so lucky you're X" doesn't really work out . . . because no one has it "easy." But then again, you probably knew that: saying something because you feel awful (which I imagine you do, that time of the month isn't easy by any means) is one thing, and not the same as actually being hostile. Just my (unwelcome?) two cents.

Also, I have a question. I don't usually get heavily involved in the whole message board thing, but I fit into the LGBT category (T, thank you), and that has already been made known (ahem, Photon Eater), so would it be bad manners not to introduce myself? I saw there was a LGBT group when I first found out what clans are, which I thought was neat, but I don't know how one goes about joining one. It might be kind of fun, even though my relationship with the internet isn't exactly deep.

I usually don't like to be randomly picky, but just as a relevant fact, asexual doesn't actually mean you reproduce with yourself, it just mean you aren't sexual. When an organism is described as reproducing asexually, it means the the reproductive process doesn't involve sexual interaction.
Not that it really matters, of course. Especially since you were joking, anyway. Not being obnoxious, just a matter of interest. Go figure.
