Oh, he was speedreading and skipped over the details.

I'm not sure how I feel about lynching Ghosting/Hunt now that Iso is gunning for both of them, but. Eh. Could be wrong, could be bussing.

    Unvote
    Vote Huntzilla

If he doesn't get back in a timely manner then Anak needs to spill the beans already.

Wait, I just noticed Iso is claiming he cleared me as town, even though his catch up heavily implied I'm at least a scumlean for him.

Are we just waiting on Huntzilla to confirm something or other with Anak? Where has he been?

I literally have Ghosting and Huntzilla in my lynchpool. Been there since D2 started.

I'm still not sure why you stopped (or even started) scumreading me.

AG, DV's claim was antitown. Having some members of the scumteam fish for Merlin is +EV for them because they can't be lynched, AND they get the chance to win the game even after town "wins."

Maybe I'm being naive here. Could someone explain why?

DV's "Vaimes is a better player than that" doesn't really tell me why I'm wrong.

    This makes Zero sense.

In what way am I fishing for Merlin?
Non-Merlin claims combined with the reads people have can give the scumteam an idea of who Merlin can be.

Finding Not Merlins is just as powerful and beneficial for them.

Did DV just slip? I can think of only one reason why one might think there's 4 scum in this game instead of 5.
    ahahahahaha
I guess there are two explanations, actually, that depend entirely on role PM format.

Since I, Merlin, know how my PM is formatted, I suspect D_V simply misread the OP as he claimed. My PM makes it quite clear there are five scum and one of them is hidden from me.
Uh, no, the OP makes it very clear that there are five scum.

Not gonna get into how PMs are written.

Hey Vaimes, you didn't answer my question about aggression.
    Oh, sorry.

I guess I got really aggressive near the end of Bare Bones. A little bit as scum in Three Little Pigs when I was trying to mislynch TS. And then I tunneled Sir Chris pretty hard in Classics.

@Vaimes: I literally wrote my notes in a tiny, tiny notebook between calls at work. What the **** is your excuse?
Come on, Iso. There's no way you can seriously expect anyone (or at least me) to townread you based on ANYTHING you've done so far. Shining beacon of town my left asscheek, I know what your towngame looks like. If you're somehow town here, it's the town!Iso from that dumb Cult game that got himself rightfully lynched Day 1.

And no offense to Rhand, but if I were scum here, I personally would not consider him threat-worthy enough to kill N1 as far as my own survival goes. Hard to say without any scumflips if I would want him dead for going after my hypothetical partners. Why would you choose him?

"I'm townreading Anak, therefore I should completely trust anything he says unquestioningly without knowing any context to what he's saying whatsoever."

^This is D_V's idea of optimal town play, guys. Let's not listen to him. Ever.
Wow I'm so glad my vote is already on you. You're in no position to be arguing context.

(Sorry about your bad news. And catching up in a small notebook sounds awful.)

Anyone trying to Lynch Vaimes is scum.

    Unvote Vote Iso

    That's what I waited for?

    Pathetic.

Wait I have something for this.

How does everyone know where to make that??

And why would you volunteer to be lynched if you're a town PR?

I'm still really confused on the Hunt thing.

I am very skeptical of a vanilla claim that's simultaneously insisting on being okay with dying because it proves something or other.

I have no qualms about massclaiming. inb4 all of this was a stupid town gambit and we've wasted the whole Day.

I think someone needs to re-state the logic of scum!DV here. If there is any.

Someone could argue that DV was going to be lynched toDay because Rod CC'd him and DV needed a way to soft townfirm himself, but we can all agree that this has been the most convoluted way to go about it.

    But that's about it afaics.
