Blue is incredibly useful to white in the sense that just when White is running out of speed, Blue can start it's magic. Meloku is a powerhouse in himself and should without a doubt be in U/W weenie. The sideboard is against things like Combo trading out Fetters and other creatures for Unicorn and Augustin etc. Simple and effecient yet sleek and intellegent.

Cycling... A yummy mechanic that is so hot that I want to eat myself in pure arousal. Although there is something that could make it not as awesome, Trasmute. Transmuting is the pure ownage as you can search for Jesus and the Fourteen Apostles (Rufus from Dogma and David Blaine was there too.) Cycling, good and incredibly good when used with Transmutation could screw around a lot of the format. Especially if they are stupid enough o have Dredge and Threshold in similar existences. U/B/G-X Are you insane?! Of course Wizards will do something like this and make Jesus be like 'O_O OMFG!!' while he gets his butt kicked at FNM.
So in simple terms. Yes. MaRo will have fun tormenting our decks with Threshold and Cycling.
So that doesn't erase the fact that it could be printed as a Judge Foil... And from what I've read Morphling still hasn't lived up to his full potential so he could still hit the tables one day.
