Hexproof, oh god, hexproof. Deck doesn't play any cards that interact with you while simultaneously trying not to play any cards that you can interact with. It's just the worst.
Magmatic Force is a really different card than Hammer of Bogardan. The Force is a huge end-game threat that usually wins the game if unanswered. Hammer of Bogardan is an answer that can turn into a late game advantage engine. Hammer is more like Lightning Bolt than it is like Magmatic Force. Force is more comparable to Stormbreath Dragon than it is to Hammer.
Also, Moneystax has a point. You're not likely to get more than two shots out of Arc Blade. I'd still probably encourage Flame Javelin or Char over Staggershock, unless you're being pretty defensive.
It's incredibly, painfully slow. I used to play one in a super grindy UR deck(we're talking Nucklavee back wildfire levels of grind, here), and I was still never happy to draw it. If you're playing doubling effects, you should probably just get something with a big number to double on it instead. I'd suggest Flame Javelin or Beacon of Destruction.
Land
T: add 1 to your mana pool.
2G,T: Search your library for a basic land and put it into play with a vine counter on it.
Lands with vine counters are Forests and 1/1 Creatures in addition to their other types.
