Exile the top 3 cards of your library. Until end of turn, you may cast those cards as if they were in your hand.
Compare to Ideas Unbound. Even dodges the graveyard-filling function that was a major draw of that card.
My assumption is that the gates, shocks, and the mythic are all printed on their own sheet, so that the gates don't eat up 10 slots of the main part of Dragon's Maze. If I'm correct, the set will be 10 cards larger than regular small sets, just like INN and DKA had extra cards due to how dual-faced cards were printed and placed into packs.
Dragon's Maze is 156 cards. That's the standard small-set size of 145, plus the 10 reprinted gates, plus the 1 extra mythic land.
So you wanted a nearly strictly better then every shockland ever shockland?
Do you realize how expensive that card would become bro? Every deck on the planet that ran more then two colors would play 4x copies if the card was legal in their format.
The set size for Dragon's Maze is 156. This makes sense if we have the normal small-set size of 145, plus 10 reprinted guildgates, plus 1 mystery card. Given that the prerelease Arcana mentions that the prize for solving the maze is a promo foil BASIC land... is it too hasty for me to suggest that a sixth type of basic is finally making an appearance?
They don't really do may abilities now since at the highest REL events you can skip beneficial triggers. If at say GP Boston player A kills player B's Thragtusk and Player B forgets to get his 3/3 beast in a reasonable time, he gets nothing even if a judge is called later.
It is amusing that people are surprised that the Simic got a creature based mechanic when the guild was nearly completely creature based in the original Ravnica block.
Skipping is not forgetting. If you intentionally miss one of your own mandatory triggers, you'll be disqualified for Fraud.
3 possible situations here
1. They wanted that art for the Cube.
2. They are going to MOCS promo it.
3. Its for an actual product.
1 and 2 are far more likely. Given that PAX East is 2 weeks away and that is when they are launching the cube, i am going with that. Its way too early to be adding PC2 cards to modo (not to mention the lack support for planes) the only thing that fits are 1 and 2.
Given that MODO had a 235-file update today, it's almost definitely just Cube.
Not always see cryptic command from the same cycle for an example that can have 1 target depending on the options chosen so may be a valid target for misdirection.
Incidentally, Profane Command actually can have only one target if you choose the last mode and choose 0 creatures.

It seems that with the currently spoiled reminder text, two creatures with Battle Cry attacking would trigger four times and give +4/+0. Is that really how it's supposed to work?
Of course, if you look at it, nobody in that image seems to be wearing very much (she's surrounded by dudes wearing what appear to be necklaces and loincloths).
Look, maybe it's just really warm on Mirrodin, okay? I mean... the light from five whole suns, reflecting off all that metal landscape...

Yes, it's almost as if the creator never expected anyone to actually mistake them for real cards.

Legendary?
