Agree it's more white for the equip as the main focus of abilities and triggers. I like the overall card but it should have atleast a way to protect himself
With the effect he has, I'm surprises he isn't an enchantment god like the Theros versions. As a God, I'm fine with them being killable, its more in line with Norse mythology that way, but couldn't it be a bit beefier, like a 3 mana 3/4 or a 4 mana 4/5 or something? They are Mythics AND Gods, after all. Either way, I really like the card and will play them across a bunch of formats I play.
The last few Gods like in the war of the sparks wasn't enchantment
It's like WOTC just want white to be constructed with other colors and not going mono with EDH
I'm starting to believe that WOTC aren't giving white what they need and where they are better with the midrange weenie tax control style gameplay which is instead WOTC are doing more token matter commanders, artifact matter commanders or huge late game commander creatures that isn't beneficial to the mono play style of white.
Red is having a 0 cost kobold at least and decent legendary Goblin in the recent expansions and white it's another token, aggro buff on single creature or artifact matters.
I miss the catapult squad
Good update
Makes me think that. It would be more badass in flavor.
if he would be exiled or put into graveyard as a creature.
Then he would return into the play as a equipment sword.
Like a weapon leave by a died warrior in war.
Or this is just one per color?
The last few Gods like in the war of the sparks wasn't enchantment
Or is this like the previous set that you just choose which side is to play on?
I wonder if he would draw on this.
The last time he had a new was with dakkon's sword

Comrade (You can have this card as an additional commander if your commander has no assigned partner)
I was hoping for another white angel planeswalker with partner maybe next time.
I hope shadow and infect would be revisted as commanders
If it is there's nothing to expect of something like a white planeswalker with a partner
