I already said it was fine for cube. I was talking about standqrd, which would impact what could be printed. Fringe in modern if they make a crazy equipment.

Instant - Trap (R)
If an opponent revealed a card this turn, you may pay 1B rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Search your library for a card, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it. If that's your plan, I have an answer.
"Only" indestructible. Because people run artifact destruction main deck to stop it game one. In most formats we know this isnt true.
You had said my complaint was hyperbolic and that it would be the equipment fault for being too good with it. That fact is, you see a 6cc creature that has to sit around with indestructible and give your opponent a "fair" chance to respond at sorcery speed. I see a creature that will get cheated out to abuse it's ETB and swing the same turn. Right now that's a 9/9 indestructible that gets to blow up a permanent right away and probably continue to do so. That's a lot. And it would limit future equipments who have both high CC and/or stringent equip cost.
I mean if someone tried to propose this:
Balan4WW
Creature
Indestructible
When ~ attacks, destroy target permanent.
9/9
Would it be fair? Cuz the card is just shy of that.
Nope. If you print an equipment that's an 8cc monstrosity like an eldrazi conscription but have an environment where it gets tutored, attached, and makes a creature indestructible for "free", it wouldnt be the equipment that's broke, just the creature. It would limit design.
Summer Storms1U
Enchantment (R) 2, Put a sunshine counter on Summer Storms: Other permanents you control gain hexproof until end of turn. Activate this ability only if their are no sunshine counters on Summer Storms.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a sunshine counter from Summer Storms. Summer rains are hard to predict as long as they are natural.
I'm not sure most decks would want to run Argentum Armor just for this interaction. Drawing or starting with the Armor in hand is a real downer when you're just running a couple for this interaction. I think it's important to note that Balan is only indestructible when equipped, you can still destroy the equipment and then what's left is a 3/3. Few, if any cubes run Argentum Armor. More often than not Balan would grab a sword. Easily answerable is not what I'm going for in a 6 drop creature targeted towards cube. =P I thought about the best potential equipment when designing this and ultimately concluded that this as a ceiling is okay for a 6 drop mythic targeted at cube where Grave Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, and the like exist...in fact, I shared this design in the cube thread for cards we would like to see printed and the response I've gotten so far is that this might make larger (read: less powerful) cubes. The lack of immediate board impact and the floor of a 3/3 if the equipment is destroyed are real downsides!
For a self made cube, it's fine. For real life constructed, it really isn't. There have been entire decks that have built on the idea of polymorph into and eldrazi titan (having the titan as the only creature and using lands/other cards to produce a token to sac), and your Balan does it without the creature token setup. Sure you can answer it in the sideboard, but it still a bit much.
Also a card like this would limit what could be printed in the future equipmentwise.
Eventide Sojourner: Makes me compare to Llanowar Tribe. 3CC might be ok, but 4 would be safer. Searching for any lands seems off for a card the cares about forest. Feels odd to go tron or some such with her.
Cardz5000: I think the mechanics and how they interact on this card is pretty interesting and would have appeal, but in the end this would be a storm commander or control that would't allow much interaction since he would oft be in exile. So the fun level is a bit low.
Artorias: I think the concept and costing of the card is pretty fair, albiet probably weak, as drawing this past turn two is underwhelming for WW or any aggressive deck. The flavor text is unprofessional.
netn10: This certainly feels like a Demon! Low appeal overall. Where it would work, it'd probably be degenerate combo/synergy. Otherwise it's really narrow card.
Subject16: The time counter trigger is pretty cool and fits a weird titan like Emrakul. The re-suspending itself part on battle entry if you choose to sac/produce tokens feels out of place. Let the count-down be one and done and have that impact.
TotallyHaywire: So using its ability, not only can you speed up Aeon, but have it enter on your opponents turn to redraw and end it. Re-suspending this card breaks it, since it redraws you the cards needed to immediately put it back into play, ending your opponents turn forever in 1v1. Doubly so since you can cheat this in many ways and still get it's own exile trigger. Not a fan of the name.
kwanyeegor: I like the mechanics on this card, as they have a interesting interplay. Adding a time counter for an effect is unique. If anything it doesn't feel like a Lich.
Balan is a 9/9 indestructible with "attack, destroy target permanent" thanks to Argentum Armor. Constructed decks would only run the pair. Kinda a discounted eldrazi. Lose indestructible and have it gain first strike and it'd be more in character with his first card and more answerable.

Any particular reason why Vareer has you discard a card, copy the card, and cast the copy? Why not let you just... cast the Trap card without paying its mana cost?
Bobyl doesn't really seem like fun for anyone.
No reason, just off the top of my head wordings. First passes can be sloppy.
Bobyl isn't for everyone and borders on unhinged, but it certainly has an audience who would try to abuse it with madness and avoiding the downside.
I'm trying to wrap my head around it but I believe rule 614.12 Farogar of Faarwood messes with this guy in fairly significant ways. If a creature without ability would enter with +1/+1 counters it shouldn't get the 3 counters from Farogar. Because you can choose the order you apply replacement effects you can apply their first and I think it solves most problems except for the obvious of having multiple Farogars. However, it's a strange concept and I'm not sure all problems are solved that easily.
You're overcomplicating things. This replacement "issue" doesn't interfere. Sure, my wording of it isn't perfect, but a slight adjust to match Arlinn, Voice of the Pack is what it needs.
You glossed over it when Void asked but why does Vareer, Machination of Eons discard and cast a copy instead of casting for free?
