Men and Women have different Neuro Archetecture in general. The brain is mapped out differently and focusses differently.

Womenly generally are better at communication and social interaction and have more nuturing instincts and skill sets whereas men are generally more logically driven with skillsets more designed for protection and hunting. Much the same way that womens bodies are smaller and shaped best from birthing a child, and a mans stronger and designed more for labor.

Male and Female brains make the two genders view the world and react to it in completely different ways.

Nature mixes things up a bit, otherwise we would always be the same. A variety of things determine this brain makeup. A) Genetics. A minor amount here. But we can definately see certain kinds of talents passed genetically. B) Womb climate. It has been discovered that conditions in the womb have a huge impact on how the brain develops. C) Randomness. Best described as things we have the least understanding of. Brain growth seems to go in seemingly random directions. The fact we cannot control what kind of mental capacity a child will have is due mainly to a large amount of Randmoness. D) Sensory input. The sensory input has alot to do with brain development but seems to have the most impact on a childs intelligence and emotional capacity.

Sometimes men get a boost in a trait which is generally viewed as predominately Female, and vice versa. Their are certain patterns which combined together build a self perceived identity of gender withing the childs head. When the self perceived gender conflicts with the gender they are labelled with and forced to grow as it creates a condition called Gender Dysphoria. Where your social gender identity conflicts with your internal gender identity. This condition also leads to alot of emotional and psychological confusion.

Imagine it this way (assuming you are male) ; Imagine if whenever you go to spend time with other men (the people whom you feel most comfortable with) they generally are disintrested with what you say or seem more intrested in you as a sexual object. When you talk to women (whom seem the most genuinely intrested in you as a person and willing to socialize with you) that you feel left out of the majority of conversations and unable to understand how they view things. You have no intrest in most of the things that intrest them.

The need to start living the gender you feel and the medical changes may seem severe, but life becomes a constant struggle for many to reach a level where they feel comfortable. That comfort is a combination of personal self view as well as the acceptance.
