I'm not sure If this was discussed already, just wanted to point out that Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite should be banned in EDH cause she makes Generals harder to play even though there are responses and ways around her. Especially since most popular Generals usually have power and toughness 2 or less.
It's bad enough when players can just Spell Crumple or Hinder an Opponent's General that moves from the Command Zone to the Battlefield and then takes control of it with Bribery. Guess there's a reason why Homeward Path is close to being an EDH staple, maybe not but I've noticed alot of times players end up getting their own creatures or Generals taken from them.
I don't see how Reagan as a U.S. President was overrated, he helped end the Cold War between the U.S. and Russia during the 80's into the 90's, his economic policies lead America toward prosperity, so in a sense there's a reason America is thankful for him.
If it wasn't for Reagan, Russia would still be a dictatorship wouldn't it? But then again Russia has always been competing against the U.S. for years since the end of WWII after Stalin was overthrown from power cause during that time frame he was much of a threat to the world as Hitler was during WWII.
As for Bush Jr. there have been conspiracy theories as to him secretly working with
al-qaeda to use 9/11 as a way to ensure the security and safety of Israel and to help America be more self-aware of their security worldwide especially from outside foreign threats that are deemed dangerous. Crazy as it sounds he did sort of help the U.S. become safer from global terrorism but I still have mixed feelings about the decision of going into Iraq.
Was going to war in Iraq really the biggest mistake the U.S. has ever made in foreign policy? Well maybe. I mean we DID take down Saddam Hussein, overthrew his regime, tried to bring forth democracy and freedom in Iraq, and for what? For Oil and the unfortunate empowering of Iran's regime? What did the U.S. really gain from going into Iraq?
All those soldiers and marines we sent to fight over there was built on a system of lies and oil? crazy eh? It's bad in Afghanistan as well too and the problem with Afghanistan is that If we withdraw there now the problem is only going to come back to bite the U.S. in the end especially with the U.S.'s relations with Pakistan. My fear is that things are only going to get worse before they get better.
So in other words the conflict would go nowhere. As for regards to the recent IAEA Report about Iran's Nuclear Program, Russia and China fear that If the U.S. leaks the info regarding it, it could hurt diplomacy efforts with Iran to back down from using nuclear weapons.
Again, Iran has huge potential, in a lot of ways, but as it stands, I see no reason why America, Israel, or the rest of the West should be that afraid of them.
Why you ask? because If Iran gets ahold of nuclear weapons that would make things VERY dangerous for the rest of the world especially Israel since they have very few allies in the Middle East mainly Egypt and they might get an ally with Libya with Ghaddafi out of power but even then it's still a slim chance. With a country that controls 3% of the World's Oil Supply they would benefit with not only the U.S. but also China and other countries as well.
There is a possibility that the Muslim Brotherhood might take control of Libya to hurt Israel's isolation in the Middle East even more. I find that very dangerous. The problem is that Iran is making it harder to negotiate under diplomacy and the more we try the more they seem to be pushing for military action against their own country. They are trying to use scare tactics unless we do something to stop them from getting the bomb.
The Global Economy is already in a mess and with the amount of U.S. Government Spending used to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan the U.S. can't afford to go to war with Iran and the situation would be even worse If Israel strikes before the U.S. does. Put it simply, on a military perspective the U.S. wouldn't have enough money for weapons and supplies for their troops overseas so while the U.S. is struggling to get their fiscal sanity in check they would still be sitting ducks.
Well one way or another, Iran still poses as the greatest threat to world stability than
al-qaeda. Politically it's like they are holding the world ransom just to try to get what they want.
One of my fears is that Pakistan might be smuggling their nuclear weapons to Iran to possibly use against the U.S. and Israel which I hope is not the case at all. Russia, China, and North Korea might be in on it as well. Possibly a Communist/Radical Islamic alliance which is pretty bad. >_>
The last thing we need is another Cold War Scenario in the Middle East, we got lucky when Reagan was President back in the early 80's who helped made peace with the Russians back then. If it wasn't for Reagan we probably wouldn't even be alive right now. Communism would be worse now than it was back before we tore down the Berlin Wall in Germany.
You can still petition this bill by going on the link below, what the Government is doing is not only unconstitutional but also illegal and we need to take action now!
The OmniTouch? Monitors and Keyboards gone in 5 years? Aren't
we satisified enough with laptops and computers? Why the sudden change?
Yeah that's right I'm also looking at you Japan! You and your creepy robots. You'd think a country like them would also scale back on technology but no, they won't.
So I take it that the current state of the Global Economy is making it rather difficult to solve that problem I'm assuming? I honestly think that financial slavery is preventing us from saving the Earth from Climate Change either that or a 2nd Industrial Revolution is WAY overdue.
The World's Governments have been too busy trying to fix the Global Economy yet there's another important issue that needs to be resolved before it's too late and that's to try to curb climate change. If we keep allowing countries like China and the U.S. to pollute the planet to the nth degree then we could be leaving behind a huge burden on our children and grandchildren. It would be sort of like what happened during the last Ice Age where the landscape changed and such.
If we wait any longer the problem is only going to get worse (we waited for like a decade and it's already gotten much worse) and I think part of the problem is the U.S. and other countries have been too distracted from foreign political affairs with the War on Terror and fixing the Global Economy. Those issues are important to resolve too but helping to curb Climate Change or as some people call it Global Warming needs to be resolved too and fast. We must take action now I don't know why we spent 10 years doing nothing.

* Storm Herd = Sure I'll spam 40 1/1 flyers If I'm lucky.

* Spell Crumple/Hinder + Bribery = I can take control of your General for the lolz.
Any advice, suggestions, and comments are appreciated. Thanks!
