    Jestering Fiend — 2BB
    Creature — Devil
If Jestering Fiend would deal combat damage to a player, prevent that damage. If you do, that player gains a jest counter then discards a card for each jest counter he or she has.
Its jokes will make you die laughing—literally.

[Oak Forest] — Well, I would make it a 1/1 creature land (which would take the "comes into play tapped" part off). You're basically losing one land and one mana to get a 1/1 creature, even if that costs no mana.

    Drown in Remembrances — 1U
    Sorcery
3: Put the top three cards of target player's library into that player's graveyard, then put target creature that player owns on the top of that player's library. Play this ability only if Drown in Remembrances is on the stack.

    Pass
To pass is to decline to take any action (usually playing a spell or ability) when you have priority. When a player passes, his or her opponent receives priority. See rule 408.1, "Timing, Priority, and the Stack."

Yes, sometimes I read the rules, no matter how surprising it can be.

A question: Does the card need to be monocolored?

    Raven's Collects — :5mana::symu::symu:
    Enchantment

Whenever a player passes, put a feather counter on Raven's Collects.
At end of turn, remove all feather counters from Raven's Collects. Draw a card for each set of six counters removed from it this way.

Allow me to do a small change in the CompRules:
    Quote from Comprehensive Rules »
203.1 The mana cost of a card is indicated by mana symbols printed on its upper right corner (in post <FPM EDITION> cards, the mana cost appears in the left). If a card has no mana symbols printed in its upper right corner (or in the left in post <FPM EDITION> cards), it has no mana cost. Paying an object's mana cost requires matching the color of any colored mana symbols as well as paying the generic mana indicated in the cost.
    Wink

And I strongly suggest the post-Fifth Dawn artifact color. Awesome frames, these. They still feel Magic, while being innovative and exciting. Could you make a hybrid card in order to see how they look with the minor details you will give to the colors?

Gate to the Unreal — 3UUU
    Enchantment
Players may play tapped creatures from play.
"Traveling through my mind, I found a door that took me to a world in which even the most solid reality—even myself, maybe—was a dream. I feared I'd disappear in an awakening."
    —Azalaya, Daughter of the Sky

    • Yes, it plays from play, the same way as Haakon, Stromgald Scourge and Yawgmoth's Will play from the graveyard and Spelljack plays from RFG. The only thing that changes here is the zone, not how the spell is played. I didn't put "Players may play creature cards" since cards don't exist in play, just permanents.

    Silmaril, a land?

    Wailing Stone
    Land
    Haunt
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
When the creature Wailing Stone haunts is put into a graveyard, you may return Wailing Stone to your hand.

Doesn't work as a triggered ability (the game can't handle instants/sorceries in play).
I suppose using "As" could work, no?
    [Naturalizing Goo] — W/G mana
    Instant
    Destroy target enchantment.
    Morph W/G mana
As [Naturalizing Goo] is turned face up, put it on the stack and choose targets for it.

Objects shouldn't be in two different zones at the same time.
Yet Another Æther Vortex. Artist (or, in a more serious way, "these cards count as though they were in <zone>", maybe? [even though "count" is now obsolete], or "are treated as though they were in <zone>")

Spike Ideal — Well, if you want it to be a "Spike", how about this:
    Spike Ideal — GU
    Creature — Spike
When you play Spike Ideal, choose one — Spike Ideal gains "Spike Ideal comes into play with a +1/+1 counter on it" and "When Spike Ideal comes into play, draw a card"; or, Spike Ideal gains "Spike Ideal comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it".
:2mana:: Move a +1/+1 counter from Spike Ideal onto target creature.
    0/0
Although this is just too wordy, and slightly functionally different (a.k.a. a bit above the curve, IMO), then we stay with your method. About balance, I think it is right — you gain either a 1/1 + a card for GU or a 2/2 plus graft for GU, which is balanced, I think.

    Watching Passage — W/G mana
    Enchantment
    Cumulative upkeep W/G mana
Watching Passage can block as though it were a creature.
When the first troops entered the sewers, they saw the place was being protected not by soldiers or elves, but by the location itself.

So complicated.. and putting counters on cards in hand?... how would they hold the cards? Heh...
Well, put them on the table facedown and look at them when you want to identify which to play.
    Quote from Morsetlis »
Infiltrating Night would probably be better as an enchantment instead. The flashback doesn't even play the original effect, and the flashback effect doesn't work without the original effect. That sounds like a two-step enchantment to me.
Maybe. I hate (and love) being on <insert specific mechanic> mood. It kind of restricts vision, but at least it is fun.

Skyblaze Stravaganza — The hybrid mana just doesn't sound right in cards with two colored requiriments. Sounds so out of place. Why not just X1UR instead? About balance, I think it is fine — If they lose cards, they gain cards, then it isn't an absurd card advantage.

    Infiltrating Midnight — 1BB
    Sorcery
Put a doom counter on each card in target player's hand. If you played Infiltrating Midnight from your graveyard, that player puts each card with a doom counter on it on the top of his or her library instead.
As long as Infiltrating Midnight is in your graveyard, it has flashback XU, where X is the number of cards with doom counters on them.

What can I say? I didn't post for at least five (more) days and I'm in third place. Go me. Cool

    Worldslaying Midnight — 2BB
    Sorcery
Put a doom counter on each permanent. If you played Worldslaying Midnight from your graveyard, destroy each permanent with a doom counter on it, instead.
As long as Worldslaying Midnight is in your graveyard, it has flashback XR, where X is the number of doom counters on permanents.

    The joy of cycles.

"You may play it any time you could play an instant by X" doesn't imply "You may play it any time you could play it normally by not-X," not-X implying "as a land". You would need an extra sentence to say that you could play it normally as a land, and THEN it would be a lot more powerful than Sylvan Scrying.
Ah. I thought you were saying other thing. My mistake, sorry. No, you can't play them from the RFG zone, because the only way you have to play it is revealing the lands.
