I love Vish-Kal. Just a damn cool card with built in pump, removal and lifegain. Definitely my favorite general by far...but just wish he was a knight instead of a vampire. He's my pick by a mile.
Teysa's just bonkers busted with combo potential. If you tune this deck, it becomes dominating...just, consistently dominating...Gorgeous art though.
But...are you having any fun and like the people you're playing with? If not, it's probably not a good fit for you.
I barely win, and I often get ganged up on...but I don't care! I enjoy the people I am with and we often have tons of conversations outside of magic during the game and between matches.
If you're there to win the table...it's probably not the best attitude to have with those people in your playgroup (or any play group I join).
need more wolves. The new wolf warrior is meh. Why couldn't the Champion of Lambholdt be a wolf? Ah well...I shouldn't expect them to support a niche tribe.
nice preview of our first $60 card for the set...I will want some for sure!
probably won't go that high...as it's a conditionally useful. But this is really good since nearly all my EDH decks have had some sort of tribal aspect to it.
Karador Ghost Cheiftan - I wanted a deck to use the Haakon engine and make my knights come out. If there was knight legend in these colors...I'd use it instead! But recursion is fun!
I haven't decided on a second general...looking a either GR or GRW/GRB to play the crappy werewolf tribe. Leaning towards GRB.
Destroy your enemies, see them run screaming before you (except mono black so be smart!), rape the women and listen to the lament of the people. Once you have zur out, you don't need to do anything else.
Personally, I don't like the prospect of Worldgorger Dragon combo tech back in EDH.
Although, I would like to see contamination go. Reality Twist doesn't bother me as much, as the cumulative upkeep isn't an issue without a degenerate mana generation combo...in which case, you might as well have won with that. It's little more than a 1-2 turn timewalk if folk cannot respond.
By Sheldon's "Rule of Representation," the two aforementioned cards (dragon & contamination) make it so the game is unplayable for players and the gorger combo is completely non-interactive. It's a matter of having the disruption on hand, at once.

but the angel is way cooler!
Are you working off of a foreign translation?
so you can hear the lamentation of the women

Jester's Cap back in decks? I think so...
