Shame there isn't a blue Legendary Creature with 0 toughness that gets counters when it enters. Closest is The Mimeoplasm but that becomes a copy of something and gets counters.
And it's Vaevictis Asmadi. Man, seeing a u is annoying. (Mostly because I can't help but think of "victus" meaning "defeated".)
Fun fact! Vaevictis' name comes from the Latin locution "vae victis", which literally means "woe to the conquered". It is a famous phrase which, according to tradition, was spoken by Gauls' leader Brennus, who had been successful in besieging Rome. As condition to leave the city alone he had famously demanded a quantity of gold capable of counterbalancing a weight he had provided, but when the citizens actually procured that much gold, he threw his sword on the scales as a way to demand even more, and when told that was unfair he answered with the phrase. It was his way of saying that he didn't recognize the concept of fairness, he only recognized the might of the victor.
So yeah, this is where Vaevictis got his name from. His effect does feel fitting of this whole idea, doesn't it?
I was under the impression he threw his sword on the scale after the Romans complained about the weight being heavier than the agreed upon weight. More of a "What are you going to do about it?" gesture than to just be a knob.
But yeah the dragon is cool if underwhelming to me
I don't really see a point in capping the number of walkers if the decks my cube supports show up consistently. Nobody in my play group has drafted a superfriends deck yet but that sounds awful.
I guess this is only good if you want a tutor for aggro or something. Kinda like a pseudo 4-5 drop with the best grabs being Student of Warfare, Figure of Destiny, and maybe Skymarcher Aspirant on turn 4 or Selfless Spirit, Imposing Sovereign, SFM, and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben on turn 5.
How many 2 power creatures would one need to consistently get a creature from this? Do most cubes have the critical mass of 2 power creatures for this to be good? Are Imperial Recruiter and Recruiter of the Guard better because they always get your target? I really want to try this one out.
Battlecruiser Angel is a fine card but I'm not a fan of protection. Lyra Dawnbringer is slightly better version, trading randomly hosing demons and dragons for a sleight build around effect and the nonbo with clone effects.
Edit: thought it was one not two. Okay, not complete garbage WotC
Purify with a destroy all creatures option. Might not be good enough as wrathing on turn 3 is important against aggro decks.
Thoughts?

At 360 I run:
Dauntless Bodyguard
Isamaru, Hound of Konda
Mardu Woe-Reaper
Mother of Runes
Skymarcher Aspirant
Soldier of the Pantheon
Student of Warfare
I'd get the new fnm frames over normal copies but I prefer the old full art fnm cards.
Pros:
6/6 flying for 6
Great removal attack trigger
Cons:
Awkward point in common ramp curves
No haste or etb to minimize risk of blowout
Awkward downside on the attack trigger
If it cost one mana less, had haste, or an etb I would love it but this just makes me sad.
