So the new Karn, the Great Creator lools good. It was officialy spoiled. I do not feel bad talking about it.
You include it in your tron deck. What are the sideboard cards you include spesifically to be searched up with him? The big easy winn is mycosyth latice. Latice + Karn = Your opponent can't tap lands for mana. We know Tron rocks 10 mana spells allready.
But what when you only have 7 mana? I thibk Ensnaring Bridge is good. Keeps you safe. Evebtually you winn.
For me the GBX decks have a bit of problems. Few good tutors means you have a hard time to cover all your bases. Discard spells vs combo, lifegain vs agro, land destruction vs tron, good creature to apply preasure, removal in general and preferably some sort of engine. Tierless Tracker and Liliana the Last Hope are good engine cards, but they only cover one base for the most part. We can discuss the semantics. But
could cover a lot of that. Good inevabilaty lategame, bar graveyeard hate. I also think it is really good with perhaps having Fulminator Mage maindeck. Seems like a good softlock like Dustbowl was in extended. Also good to just return 2 goyfs.
After watching a lotbof games with this deck, how important is black? Most games seem to end with winning with Blue Sun's Senith. Just burry the opponent i card advantage.
Would it be possible to use merchant scroll and snapcasters? White seems like a good colour:
It should pointed out that Mmemonic Betrayal had a combo with bloodchieves ascention. Somethings ascention. Cars go in the yard and whammy.
With wildernes R out, whqt do people thibk of Savor The Moment? 1UU sorcery, take a new turn, but no regular untapping at the beginning. Good with snapcaster mage? So many turns.
Incubation // Incongruity, what do people think of Incubation? Spirits wants to have a lot of lords and it helps find them. Run Reflector Mage and Deputy of Detention as the removal spells. In a crisis Incongruity can also function as a card.
The last deck in the primer from 2005 has some gifts ungiven packages. But I can not see what you tutor for. Do anybody know? As far as I can see you can do duress, eternal witnes, cabal therapy and at least be safe to see 2 cards in their hand. I am a bit uncertain.
How about an eternal command lock? Some number of eternal witnesses that you draw naturally and one Familiar's Ruse that you can tutor for to soft lock some one? Doing the ernal command lock. Wilderness Reclamation takes the form of aether vial.
Something like this? I based it on Tnkr's list further up. Mayby trade out 1 remand for 1 more eternal witness. The problem is the withness are bad if you have not played Wildernes Reclamation. By that time you probably are winning anyway?
Edit: The more I think about it eternal witness sounds like a very bad idea. I can to often imagine a hand where you do not want to tap out sorcery speed. Snapcaster even cost's one less mana. But I can see situations Where getting Familiar's Ruse can be very good. Counter a spell and return a snapcaster to the hand is not bad.
So what this deck needs is some number of eternal witnesses that you draw naturally and one Familiar's Ruse that you can tutor for to soft lock some one? Doing the ernal command lock. Wilderness Reclamation takes the form of aether vial.
Ideal you WR, turn 3 or 4, untap and spend your mana like normal.
Next turn you either tempoby having two untapp phases of interaction. Or you go tutor/card draw + interaction.
Firminds forsight is 7 mana. You could go FF and bolt eot with 4 lands. Or FF and remand for 5 lands. But it is more of a card that asumes you are already doing well before you cast it.
One thing I do not like about my bellow rock is how vunerable it is to gravyeard hate. While at the same time not really using the gravyeard all that much.
Goyf, Ooze, Liliane of the Last hope, traverse the ulvenwalden do not like seing rest in piece etc. I feel a lot of decks are packing A+ gravyeard hate because of the meta.
Is it possible to buid the deck so the gravyeard is not quite such a problem?

But after that I strugle. Is Wurmcoil Engine worth it? Defense Grid?

I think this can be good in a Traverse list. You hope to connect once to get something back ocne you have sett up a grind situasion.

Whiffing is, but even coco can whif. 21 lands. 3 vial, 3 incubation, 4 coco leaves you with 29 creatures. I am gonne try it out.
