Hmm so perhaps my theory that Nahiri turns up will turn out to be true. It seems weird to me that they'd print Jace and not Chandra (and vice versa) because then one of the oathwatch group of walkers would be left out. Guess we'll have to wait and see
Honestly I really like these retreats. They'll make limited really fun and interesting + I'm actually rather intrigued by the idea of comboing Knight of the Reliquary with the Retreat to Coralhelm. If not then at least someone (ie. me) will get to play with a fun janky deck built around it. Looks fun and is about what I'd expect from an uncommon cycle.
People are honestly underestimating this Wasteland Strangler. It's a body + efficient removal. It's good.
I really want Ugin's insight. I don't have a deck for it but I want it anyway. Maybe it'll see play in standard too (not in control decks though, more like Temur or U/G ramp if that's a thing)
I dislike this even more than Search the City. At least that card gave you a fun minigame to go through. This one just requires a lot of investment for very little payoff.
Greenwarden reminds me a lot of Woodland Bellower. It has a nice ability and a sizeable body but neither of those things were enough to make it very competitive in standard. That being said perhaps we'll get some ramp that makes that more possible??
I really really REALLY like Bring To Light. Aside from having gorgeous art (I LOVE YOU JONAS DE RO) it's so absolutely delicious for EDH! Can't wait to abuse this card!
Enemy manlands are exciting but I'm not too interested in this one. Hope the R/W one is good.
Scythe leopard isn't really impressing me but I have a feeling I'll get wrecked by it in an aggro shell sometime soon. Desolation twin looks cool but probably a limited/casual only thing (if 10 mana is even viable in this limited- which may be true given the amount of ramp but idk).
Stasis Snare also looks very very good for u/w control which has really been missing good cheap white removal for a while (though unfortunately Elspeth is rotating now idk if it'd even still be viable).
Wow. I'm seriously impressed and stoked to have these walkers in standard! Ob looks incredible for control/attrition-based decks and Kiora is fantastic for ramp. Really pleased by these walkers!
Definitely. I suppose we'll get to see these last spoilers tomorrow

It just tickles me pink
Hadn't noticed that... now I'm really hoping it's not Pilgrim's Eye (though it probably is)
Also... the fact that Kozilek's Herald is here as well as all the other Kozilek spawn is still really suspicious to me.
I mean Cosi was the God of Deception right?!

Overall though a nice first day of previews!!
btw you seem to have accidentally marked Undead Servant as a rare
