It bothers me that Soldier tokens are typically 1/1s. "Soldier" implies that they've received some training, and/or have some equipment at least. Yet, these soldiers are only as strong as the average Goblin or even Squirrel.
The strength of the soldier is in the army.
Yet an army of soldiers and an army of squirrels have the same board presence.
Soldiers have all sorts of tribal bonuses, there are other soldiers that make your soldiers stronger.
I don't think the same thing can be said about squirrels.

(me): Please don't be hasty, I am new to this platform and have a hard time understanding things.

You have been kicked out of the game.
Is there a way to just download a torrent for the full pics for MWS? All of the old links for slightlymagic and that other one are down and don't work anymore.
Oh, I see, because the exiling part is in the cost.
So you basically respond to them flashbacking the card or whatever and they can't play it since the card is not there anymore, right?
No, you're not being harsh, thanks for the heads up.
I come from playing mostly mono B Pox, so I kind of have that land/creature/whatever-you-can-find destruction mindset.
How about the Deathrite Shamans? Are they an absolute staple? I kind of hate the card-
Is quad Dredge still a viable option?
I tried to play my old dredge deck that didn't use Dread Return and such trickeries but I got basically destroyed by multiple decks that all packed the new graveyard hate, like Rest in Peace and Grafdigger's Cage.
I currently play with 12 lands and tried slave's SB, but to no avail. Not enough lands when I go off (which means no chance to play Abrupt Decay in the future) but I can't play a whole game just waiting for them to pop out the gy hate to counter it and then go about my business.

I'm going to try Dan's list on MWS now, see if I can handle it.

I have never played it before, and got into this archetype a week ago or so.
What am I doing wrong? It seems like I just cannot win.

How do you guys do it?
