Competitive
I'm going to be blunt and harsh with this: There is no way in hell this is fast enough to win a serious tourney.
Sunforger is horrifically slow, sub-optimal, and completely overpriced (mana-wise). Furthermore, your deck is inconsistent to the point where important cards (Flagstones is bad when you only run 1, Lightning Helix is amazing and needs to be a 4-of) when it needs them, as almost all of the cards in this deck are under-par.
You lack so many critical cards for Boros that against a serious opponent you will get your ass handed to you within the first 4 turns.
Casual
The best thing this deck has going for it is the fact that it has Ajani and Elspeth, but it needs two more of each in order to see them more. Cut the Sunhome, and try to get some serious money-lands into the deck (Battlefield Forge). The following are also very weak for the deck:
Get Suntail Hawks, Lantern Kamis, Rise of the Hobgoblins, and add those over the ones I just listed. It may be worth saving up for a playset of Figure of Destiny too.
Also, take a look at some of the older Boros Deck Wins threads. Those will give you a good idea of how to make a fast-paced aggro deck.
A note before you begin, my Meta is heavy on Affinity, so the sideboard is meant to act as a means of dealing with it (the deck is so predominant that there literally is no chance of me going two matches without having to play against it).
It looks standard, until you see the Lightning Storm trick. What's the trick? Lightning Storm+Abundance+Cycling cards+Life from the Loam. It's like holding 8 Seismic Assaults, except one of them can ninja the game outright.
Abundance is there for the Seismic Assault synergy, but is not needed. It can be cut if a better option is presented. Spark Spray is there for more triggers. It may be a good idea to run Lightning Rift over the Spray though.
This deck is meant to be a more straight-forward CAL. It focuses the multicolor-aspect into two colors and gives 8 win mechs, 4 of which are Instants.
It's expected to loss game one against any affinity variant. The sideboard makes up for this weakness heavily, by face-raping their board with 15 removal cards. If you are not seeing Affinity in your meta, switch the sideboard up as you see fit.
