A little drastic, but still that was thought to maybe be too good.
The three cards are what have synergy together. Dismisser with the Witch and the Wizard is basically a lock that slowly whittles down the opponent's deck. The total cost to use the witch and the Wizard's ability is 1WU. Eh... Maybe sufficient. Of course, this isn't the only example. You just need to find a White Blue Sacrifice engine and you're set. If you could include Dismisser, you have a lock.
Also, throws all your creatures every turn into combat. The wizard is an amazing combat trick that can singlehandedly turn a deck very aggressive.

If you are referring to the card is rare, that there shows a mistake that some people make. Just because a card is rare doesn't mean it gets an automatic power bonus. Rare cards are not necessarily better cards than their counterparts. Rather, they are the unique effects that decks can hinge on and function off of. This is reflected in Mark Rosewater's article, Card Design 101. (Or was that comment in 102?)
If you mean the situation, there are so many ways to combo this. In draft, sealed, constructed t2, and maybe even extended, this card would be amazing. Grant U/W control a huge boon. Ohthe possibilities(Warping). But let's see...
Ghostway, a one-time effect of what you're proposing, costs more than this triggered ability. As an activated ability, a better example is Flickerform, or Astral Slide. In the view of all of these, Warping Wizard is straight up better.
Yes I meant rare in rarity. I realize rares don't have to be good, some are jus differn't as this is not the case, it is rare because it is really good. Also, I don't see the interaction with dismisser.
It is a triggerd ability that doesn't happen often. How often is a creature you control really going to die. The Slide is totally differn't. It's cycleing, which in its era was ALOT better than this. Comparing where both these card would ve in there prime, astral in its t2s and this in its type 2, slide can't really be compared, they do 2 totally differnt things.
I realize that in rav block there is alot of sac effects, but really, the creature could be played but not as dominant as your presenting it. It is powerful, but not as dominant as you may think it is, (I think).
I agree it is overpowerd but not as warping as said, how bout if I raised the cost of playing the spell 1. It could easily be killed the turn it is played, it does get card advantage but isn't that what w/u is about.
OK, Blobman, I like the reward now that I think about it, makes Watchwolf even sexier without really breaking it. Now, I would like to propose a challenge to you.
Read up on the last couple of pages. Notice we have 3 mechanics being planned for an enchantment oriented set.
Make at least 2 cards that you think will be in flavor with the set. I will accept the Reward as a possible card, but please make another two.
EDIT: Here's how Warping Wizard is broken. First of all, it's a cantrip creature. This means you get another card to replace the creature, which will probably be used as a blocker. Second of all, the way it is worded you can use this with any creature going to the graveyard. Think of anything with a sacrifice effect. Now, think about creatures with comes into play effects. Think about creatures with morph! Sac, return to play, and face up! This is the kind of reason why Astral Slide was once good. Sure, you can argue this one has a mana cost of [/mana]UW[/mana], but that is still 2 mana that is good on its own and broken in combo.
Let's compare this card with Dimir Infiltrator.

I like the Ogre-Demon thing, but it is only useful with Kamigawa. Still nifty. Maybe they should have had something like that.

Tijitsu's reward seems most in place for w/g I think. White is currently the king to your side global power up, but I see how it's not really your side and how green has alot of symmetrical gain effects. g/w have the two best generic creatures in the game so I thought w/g is perfect for it.
