Dream Halls is mainly for playing Progen because he's high cost. I have been burned by my opponents, which I agree with as a huge hole in the deck. I have Mirari's Wake in as a Progenerator (:D) on turn 5 or 6 (or even later really). Definitely food for thought, might put in The Chain Veil

This deck started out as the Commander 2013 "Power Hungry" B/R/G with Prossh, Skyraider of Kher, Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper & Shattergang Brothers. I stuck with Prossh and took out the others. Prosshy Prossh and the Funky Bunch matched with Primal Vigor can really inflate. But then I took that out for Doubling Season which, in turn, supercharges planes walkers, and then you Xenagos, the Reveler into Genesis Wave, into Craterhoof and then you win on turn 5-7.
This deck can be competitive in a 1-on-1 match up but it's not bad in multiways. Once it wins against a couple of people, then they team up, which you can still deal with.
I'm trying to make this deck more efficient and faster, basically more competitive Any suggestions are welcome.
This deck could also be under the Multiplayer forum but I think that it's stronger 1-on-1.

This is a a somewhat control based deck involving the general's Arrest ability to lock down threats that may be directed at you, in or out of combat. Another plot to this deck is to basically use the swords to just Tron up on Storm Crow or any other creature to just walk through an opponent.
I've been debating on what to move, so far just putting in Wrath of God over Dojo, took out Negate for Cyclonic Rift and picking up an Academy Ruins for an Island.
Any suggestions or changes are greatly appreciated. Also I don't have a Stoneforge Mystic lol.
But Nicol Bolas would need to have and 'e' after his first name to force the hard 'O' phonetic in Nicol. Also soft vowels apply in Garruk's name and in Gahr-ruhk without seeing the 'h's. I teach literacy in elementary school. There's a link under my signature to the Wizards Guide

I agree with your points, my main issue is that, when Omniscience and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's Emblem out, you can play Jace, Memory Adept and any other and just mill out your opponents.
I will definitely play with Architect to see how he functions.
As for Garrukingstien, Apex Gongshow I'm not sure what to take out. Do you have any suggestions?
I don't have an Ajani Steadfast yet, but Chromatic Lantern and Obliterate sound promising as well.

I've taken out Wrath of God for an Austere Command just for versatility. I know that the deck is light on creatures but I made this deck without much influence and I, initially only used things that I had. Then I got Shocklands...
I've been suggested the Nissa, Worldwaker with Ral Zarek/Tezzeret the Seeker & The Chain Veil combo, which I have, I just haven't forced it in yet.

I agree but it works well with Rings of Brighthearth if your playing that and early Jace, the crack sculpter, again if you run him
