Hard to choose just one card, but I think it has to be Balance. It's among the most broken cards printed and I really have to wonder if the creators really thought it was balanced. I mean, if you set it up, you get Armageddon, Wrath of God, and Mind Twist for two mana. It's just insane.

What would you question? I haven't had much time (or people) to playtest this with, so I can use all the feedback you are willing to offer.

Rats have never been blue or green before, so I doubt that. My picks are elf, human, faerie, elemental, mutant, frog (or toad), spider, insect, and turtle. Most of those creature are shared by green and blue, except elf, but we know the guild is run by an elf. Oh, and spider, but I just think that the spider that was referred to in the WotC article will be a Simic creation. I'd love to see the return of Gaea's skyfolk or something similar.

About the Basilicas: I realize they are good, but I'm nervous about the tempo loss. Against a serious aggro deck, not playing something on the second or third turn could be disastrous. If the overwhelming consensus is to include them, I probably will. I'm not against them, just concerned.
I like having the Kamis maindeck. They have a great ability and are a bear if all else fails. That said, cutting one for the fourth Castigate sounds like a solid idea.
It's hard to formulate the sideboard, because I'm not sure of the metagame. This store doesn't usually have standard tournaments, mostly they just have drafts and sealed decks. So, I've played with these guys a bit, but mostly not constructed decks. From listening to them talk, I expect aggro (Zoo and Gruul), Owling Mine, and UR Wildfire. Two people there have been aggressively trading for Dark Confidants, but I don't know what that means. This leaves me with sideboard geared more broadly than to specific decks. Actually, one of the reasons the Kamis are maindeck is to deal with Annex and Confiscate.
About Jitte: I have 3 Faith's Fetters maindeck and 2 Terashi's Grasp in the board. Is that enough? I'm probably pulling the Graverobbers, so I could add another Terashi's or two to the board.
Thanks again.

Unless you were voting for the card itself and don't pay any attention to the storyline. I voted for both those cards over Tahngarth. He's not too impressive. Selenia dodges removal and Laquatus is a terrific mill card.

I would guess a higher-powered ophidian that trampled.

What do you suggest I pull for them?

This is the first time I've posted a deck. Please don't be mean. Criticism is fine (it is called Decks for Critique), but meanness isn't helpful.
I want to take a discard-heavy Orzhov deck to an upcoming tournament at my local store. I don't have a place to play test it, although I'm working on getting some friends together for help. I'm not sure what the metagame will be, but I'm expecting fair numbers of aggro and Owling Mine. Given that here is the decks:
2 Descendant of Kiyomaro
3 Ghost Council of Orzhova
4 Hypnotic Specter
3 Kami of Ancient Law
4 Plagued Rusalka
4 Ravenous Rats
2 Shrieking Grotesque
2 Teysa, Orzhov Scion
4 Mortify
3 Faith's Fetters
4 Caves of Koilos
1 Eiganjo Castle
4 Godless Shrine
2 Orzhova Church of Deals
5 Plains
1 Shizo, Death's Storehouse
6 Swamp
I realized after starting this, I don't know how to set off the sideboard. For now, I'll put in regular decktags and fix it later. The sideboard:
2 Paladin en-Vec
2 Cranial Extraction
3 Last Gasp
4 Terashi's Grasp
2 Ivory Mask
I'm not sure of the Teysas and the Graverobbers. I was thinking about Nezumi Shortfang, Persecute, Ink-Eyes, and maybe Souls of the Faultless to foil aggro. Is there enough discard? Too much? Any advice will be appreciated.
I should let you know about some constraints I have:
I own no Jittes.
I only have the 2 Extractions. I won't be getting any more before the tournament. The same with the Bob's, but I might be able to come up with one more of him.
Thanks muchly!

Edit: Updated on 3/29.
I don't know, but Chronicles caused a huge stir with the secondary market. A lot of people were really angry about it. I don't see WotC printing another one.
I'd love another Anthology or Battle Royale type set. Those were fun. I still have to get the Garfield vs. Finkel one.
