Hard to choose just one card, but I think it has to be Balance. It's among the most broken cards printed and I really have to wonder if the creators really thought it was balanced. I mean, if you set it up, you get Armageddon, Wrath of God, and Mind Twist for two mana. It's just insane.

The tournaments at this store generally draw 3-4 players that are very aware of the best decks in the given format and play them and the rest of the players play various rogue decks--some janky and some good. There tends to be a few combo players, but what combos I'll see is uknown.

If Magic divides faeries into the Seelie and Unseelie Courts and does it well, I will be so happy! That would be a masterwork of flavor incorporation. I hope that you are right.

I thought about the Healer to stay in color, but it's a weaker card than the other two, I think.
Overall, not that great of a pack.

That may be what you like to draft, but it's looking like the turbo-evasive rush is what the cards are giving us.

Edit:
We've seen no evidence of zombies so far, and you forgot Treefolk. Elementals are certainly a tribe; they've got their own precon.

I disagree with all of these because they do not fit the faerie tale/Celtic flavor of Lorwyn--except goblins, which we already know are boggarts. I'm not positive these pairs will get filled in, but if they do, it will be by tribes that actually fit the flavor of the set.
I could see Fairies getting expanded to U/G. The others I'm not so sure. Maybe goblins will dip into G, which has happened in the past.
