Hard to choose just one card, but I think it has to be Balance. It's among the most broken cards printed and I really have to wonder if the creators really thought it was balanced. I mean, if you set it up, you get Armageddon, Wrath of God, and Mind Twist for two mana. It's just insane.

However, Spawnbroker requires that you have a creature with power equal to or greater than the one you want to take. That's why I like Gilded Drake better. You gain control of any creature that is threatening you, no matter it's power. Gilded Drake can save you from Akroma or DSC. Spawnbroker probably can't. Gilded Drake also can do some amazing stuff with bounce effects. For example (loosely based on a real casual game):
Me: I play Gilded Drake. I'll exchange it with your Razia.
Opp: Crap!
Me: I'll tap my Tradewind Rider and my two Birds of Paradise to bounce the Drake back to my hand.
Opp: Crap!
Me: I attack you with Razia. Take 6.
You can't do that with Spawnbroker. I would vote for the Drake over the broker.

Absolutely agree. You blink the Timbermare and use the ranger to untap Force. That should be good game. I'd cut the Plaxmanta and the Mana Leaks. Add another Hierarch, Scryb Ranger, and Spectral Force.
Good start, though, and it looks possibly competitive.

Neat deck. I'd personally run a more controlly RWB deck with Oros, but this looks fun.

What would happen if they chose to do the ten Ravnica karoos as the multicolored lands and that was it? It seems unlikely but it might be an interesting choice.
Some other cards I'd like to see in 10th:
White:
Dawn Elemental
Blue:
Gilded Drake
Desertion
Black:
Breeding Pit (with Lord of the Pit coming back, why not?)
Red:
Gamble
Green:
Natural Order

Please, oh please, let them be Necro, Survival, and Sneak Attack! I really don't care what the others are (although Moat would be really sexy).

I disagree strongly. There are few cards that I believe should be in every core set. *** is one of them. It gives white exactly what it need to be really competive. It's a great control tool. And, MaRo really seems to like it, so I can't see it leaving.
Some other core staples that I think should never leave:
Stone Rain
Shock
Naturalize
Llanowar Elves
Dark Banishing
Lord of the Pit
Serra Angel
Soul Warden
Mana Leak
Boomerang
I know some of these haven't always been in the core set, but I think they are all good basic cards that easily demonstrate the themes of their colors.
Others to move into 10th:
Cancel
Sulfuric Vortex
Defense of the Heart
I'm also pleased so many people liked my suggestion of Ruination.

Ronom Unicorn
The kami that you sacrifice to prevent damage (can't remember it's name)
Angelic Chorus
Griffin Guide
Blue:
Dismiss
Lord of Atlantis
Rootwater Thief
Merfolk Looter
Wall of Tears
Black:
Eater of the Dead
Havoc Demon
Barter in Blood
Innocent Blood
Sleeper Agent
Red:
Molten Rain
Ruination
Thunder Dragon
Green:
Sakura-Tribe Elder
Skyshroud Claim
Primal Rage
Terravore
Carven Caryatid
Artifact:
Bonesplitter
Pithing Needle (only so I have more hopes of getting them without spending a fortune)
Juggernaut
Scroll Rack
Lands:
All the painlands or the fetches

If you are running red martyr, you need Searing Meditation.
Otherwise, it looks interesting. Test it out and see what it does.

Why do you have Shadow of Doubt in the deck? With all the discard you have, I can't imagine you are having problems with Dragonstorm.
I like this deck a lot, but I favor a white splash for Castigate and Faith's Fetters.

I don't care what cards I have, in TS/PC I would never run 4-colors. Consistency is the key to limited and 4-color rarely has it.

You are leaving out Pernicious Deed sliver. However, I think you are right that the sliver will be able to sac for life, a la Dark Heart of the Wood.
