There are very few great artifact creatures, and while I was never a fan of Triskelion, the fact that I can play the Ballista for 1 and shoot a dork makes it much more palatable. I'm looking forward to testing it!
Library of Congress is a card on MODO used for development and testing. It has the following abilities:
Library of Congress counts as a basic land.
You may pay 0 rather than pay the mana cost for spells that you play.
You may play nine additional lands on each of your turns.
0: Choose up to nine cards you own from outside the game and put them into your hand.
0: End the turn.
0: Search your library for a card and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
0: Choose up to nine cards you own from outside the game and shuffle them into your library.
0: Draw a card.
0: Target creature gains haste until end of turn.
0: ~this~ deals one damage to target creature or player.
0: Untap target permanent.
0: Tap target permanent.
0: You gain 50 life.
0: Destroy target permanent.
0: Return target permanent to its owner's hand.
0: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
0: Add to your mana pool.
0: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
I'm very optimistic about this one. First strike and Menace makes it very difficult to block her, and 1/3 body is odd in red, but makes her much more difficult to kill.
Seems pretty good, especially in Cube. At worse, it's a Manic Vandal. It loses some utility by not being a creature, meaning it can't be reanimated, or tutored for by Recruiters, but it can be flashbacked, and having it be scalable is especially useful when up against the artifact deck.
Hi guys, I set up a Discord server to talk about all things Cube. I feel that this could be an interesting way to have discussions about certain cards, changes, or Cube experiences in general. Feel free to give it a try and feedback is always appreciated!
I quite like this card; searching only for 3-drops is quite limiting, but it can still hit cards like the Swords, as well as mana rocks like Coalition Relic, Worn Powerstone, and Metalworker, as well as utility artifacts like Crucible of Worlds, Tangle Wire and Mimic Vat. Thoughts?

This card seems like a shoe-in! Above curve stats, with great combat abilities.
