Not a functional reprint, as it's copied N times when it's placed on the stack. It'll be extremely hard to counter, like Storm. I like the Char-esque one, though because of Char, they might not print it. Random discard could work, too.
Awesome! I love it! I'm sure they've developed these cards into the ground. That one of these cards would become ridiculously powerful is just too obvious for them to miss. They are pushing the envelope on power level in Rav, though.
I think the only thing about Replicate that I don't like is for you to make it more powerful, you want to play monocolor decks. Colorless replicate costs would balance that, but then it's even more abusable. Hybrid mana? Unlikely. Using both red and blue would work out, though. It's great, just kinda hampers the play two colors theme of Ravnica.
What you have there is an instant speed Rolling Thunder that can only use red mana for X and costs two less mana. Seems broken in half. You make it just target creatures, cost RR to make the original spell, and/or make it sorcery speed, and I don't think it's nearly as bad.
Well, there's always Privileged Position to deal with fragility. Probably still too fragile. Depending on a triple green cost enchantment might be asking for too much when you're also five depending on a black five cost card.
I'd throw in Ravenous Rats while I'm at it. More discard, a good card to sac to Thoughtpicker. It's really hard to make this playable outside casual, though. Splash blue for Kira, Great Glass-Spinner and card drawing?
Personally, I think Woebringer Demon is better, and that is already included in the initial decklist. It is bigger and doesn't require a trigger to start doing its thing. Plus, it flies. Then again, it does die if your opponent has no creatures, whereas Kuon does not...
Very good point. I forgot about the demon. Kuon not dying to your opponent not having creatures is a very small advantage for the BBB cost and the trigger to make it active. Not to mention the demon attacks for four every turn... yeah, forget Kuon. Unless you want both, but you'd need to cite the need for that or I'd say it's excessive.
Rootrunner is the model of good green sacrifice effects in Standard. Getting just one of those going off each turn will get your opponent very, very angry. Add another and there's a very good chance you'll win.
Looking at the deck's weaknesses, I see Samurai of the Pale Curtain ruining your day, and how the deck hinges on Gleancrawler. As was said, Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker can help some, though the one power or less is restricting, but I think Recollect can do the rest. Your creature kill deals with the Samurai. Suppression Field could throw a wrench in the works. Maybe sideboard some Naturalizes. Any other weaknesses?
A mana fixing artifact. That got me thinking, can you add hybrid mana to your mana pool? Modal mana you choose the color of as it enters the pool or when you use it. Though applying that seems like it'd be a little insane and too involved:
Guildpact
Artifact
:5mana:, :symtap:, sacrifice Guildpact: Add :symwu::symub::symbr::symrg::symwg::symwb::symur: :symgb::symrw::symgu: to your mana pool.
Especially when the same card could be written "Add ten mana of any combination of colors to your mana pool." But it's not as cool! Though it'd be an easy way to say "add N mana of any combination of red, white and green mana to your mana pool" if they wanted to. Not that they would as they're pushing the two colors thing.
Seriously, though, I think that it's probably an artifact creature, or somehow the actual document of the Guildpact. While the pact itself would probably be an enchantment, you could have the document itself be an artifact. Or wouldn't it be weird if the Guildpact document was an artifact creature?
I see what you mean about Hex. But what about Dark Banishing? One mana less holds Last Gasp, and for creatures with toughness over three, you already have Putrefy. Removal that works on black creatures, a turn earlier. Another piece of removal that works as a one-drop is Elvish Skysweeper. Early drop, sacrifices creatures to kill nuisances like Meloku. Doesn't seem too competitive, though, does he?
I really don't see why you aren't running 4 Sakura-Tribe Elders. Auto-sac land fetching, fixing and accelerating, chump blocking, just seems good all around. I agree that 4 Kokusho also makes more sense, why would you ever draw him and not play immediately? Grave Pact is also a very good card for this deck. What do we think of Kuon, Ogre Ascendant?
Oh and Keening Banshee vs Nekrataal. I've never been able to come to a good conclusion on which to play over the other.
An obvious include would be Grave-Shell Scarab. It has a nice trick with Gleancrawler. Sacrifice it in response to Gleancrawler's trigger, draw your card and return it to your hand for free. I feel Hex is too situational. Darkblast or Last Gasp would be better.
When I think of green cards I like to recur, Carven Caryatid comes up. Also, scanning your decklist, the lack of one-drops is glaring. Maybe back to Elves of Deep Shadow? Bile Urchin and Child of Thorns seem to fit in with the idea of the deck, too.

Think about High Tide with this puppy, though...
