@ Herohammer-Either J Robert King didn't look back to Apocalypse book or he just wanted to make Yawgy fans wet themselves.The portal he entered from Phyrexia had been destroied in a battle shorly after he went came through.Later the weatherlights legacy weapon was about to go off and he went to escape to the Stronghold portal but it had planeshifted into an urborg vocano and he was stuck and got destroied be the white mana cloud from the weatherlights explosion.
Saroun was destroied permanently.
And from people i know who read the potter books,they have a rough theroy on Voldemort.After Harry,Ron, & Herminy(no idea how to spell her name) destroy all of Voldemorts items,Harry going to have to sacrifice himself to make sure Voldemort can't come back.
So if somebody had went to a sanctioned event went Kamigawa was out dressed like a samurai or ninja would that have been ok?
Same question if you went to an event dressed like an elf or knight or something like that?

Choose an opponet would make more sense Wildfire393.Or al least stop it from being crazy.If you could choose a player you could pick your self and draw multiple cards on your own turn,when you could definatly use them.
Edit-forgot about the "skip draw phase" part.though its still a weird card.

The Azorius are a heavily political guild.Yes they will have some flying creatures,white and blue have good flyers.The sphinx dosen't lend to the guilds ideals at all.It pushes to much for aggro.The Arbiter is more of a contorl card.Makes your spells less and opponents more allowing you to slowly gian control over them.You know like politics

Rakdos is kinda tough to pick out,but i think it'll be Lyzolda.
Simic is tough as well.That one to me is 50/50.We could see either one.
Ok on to the card.This is stalling gone crazy.Like others have said it pushes creature a little to much.I thought the Azorious was about stoping "others" from breaking the laws.Why does it hurt yourself as well.This isn't going to see to much play.It's not going to see the same amount of play Privileged Position and Debtors' Knell do.

This would really really suck. There ARE blue mana producing creatures, there's one for 1U, but it's definitely not in standard. Can't think up the name.
Well Apprentice Wizard is one.But mana producing is out of flavor for blue,black and white also.
And now that i look back at it,its not worse,its abuseable.Just for the simple act of adding mana to your pool you get to redo CiP effects.Which would make graft ridiculous.
Heres a redo to make it less abuseable....

It won't become a creature: it's being held in place by those vines, while it hovers over some kind of waterfall. It won't go anywhere, whilst Svogthos roams free in the Undercity.
Yeah because if base it animation ability on the art of Svogthos it looks like it can get up and smash face.
