    EBWODP: ...

I am in the process of trying to land a job for after I graduate. I apologize for not posting to give that information, but I felt the game would be better served by fewer apologies and more posts with content, which I was going to give right now. This may be it for mafia for me, not because I blame anyone, but because it's apparent that this game isn't high enough priority for me, and I may be hurting the experience for others. Enjoy, and go mafia.

I'm sorry for not posting much lately, but I've been keeping up. I think that a rehashing of the Cubus wagon is not a good idea, and I can't believe people brought it up again. I am also suspicious of the people who hopped on so quickly.

I would be happy with some pressure on Fayul at the moment. Unvote, Vote Fayul

I agree that the wagon on Treigit was bogus, and I plan to drop the whole mason discussion for a while and look closely at all those who hopped on Treigit for almost no reason at all.

I too think we need to hear more from WoD. That whole "90% confirmed" thing seems a little strange, and with all these masons flying around, I'm still convinced that at least one of them will not be town, whether they're neutral or outright scum.

Sorry I haven't checked in recently, but here's some thoughts.

@RA: Huh? How do you account for the several extra kills if you assume that the bludgeoning kill was the mafia one? I really wasn't following this little theory of yours, and your vote on Bat because of it warrants a FoS: RandomActs.

Regarding Treigit, I'd like to try a reread of him myself. None of the posts Bat mentioned jump out at me by themselves, but collectively they give me a strange vibe. I'd like to read his posts in context to get a better feel for them. I hope to post my thoughts soon.

    So basically, when I say we're 100% confirmed town, I mean 100%

Well, 100% the same alignment anyway. Smile

Arim, you want some clarification from CP and Suth, but I want some clarification from you about how WoD is "90% confirmed". Do you mean that it's hinted that he's town but never explicitly stated, or something else?

Dagger I think you're a bit confused. Some have mentioned the possibility of Kops being the SK, based on Alx's fake Daykill and expressed suspicion of Kops yesterday and his subsequently being chopped in half. I'm not sure I buy it since it's fairly WIFOM, but it's still a possibility.

As for kills, like I have already said, I think it's safe to assume that different mafia have different kill MOs, and that somebody different made this one than the one who made the other. I have no idea why there isn't a third, but the dead from N0 were definitely ability magnets. It's possible either the mafia shot at them, or they shot at somebody else who was protected by Az.

Ok, I think we can back off a bit on Sutherlands and CP. At least they were honest with us and said they aren't confirmed, but may be later. I'm ok with that for now.

As for WoD and his other mason, I'm definitely for that other one claiming. Something about this whole situation doesn't sit right with me, and I think we can benefit by having the other mason claim. For one thing, it's like Kenji says. Claiming mason with a dead player is easy to do.

Regarding our 2 mason groups, I agree with ZDS. They can't all 5 be mod-confirmed town. They just can't. That's an enormously huge group of players that the mafia will never be able to get lynched, meaning either they're all going to survive to the end-game, which is bad for the mafia, or the mafia has to spend every kill for the next 5 nights offing masons when they could be trying to hit cop, doc, etc. Also, regarding the 2 different mason groups, I think this is incredibly important.

(2c) Because there is no "night" period, players who have my express permission to talk to each other may do so whenever they wish.

They can communicate any time they want if they are masons, or if they are mafia. Having communication any time could make something like a mafia mason claim possible. I think however we proceed with the masons, we need to keep in mind that it's highly unlikely they're all town.

@Treigit: Well if the SK managed to spot Alx as a mason, that would certainly explain it. Fewer confirmed townies means it's harder to just find the SK by process of elimination. I didn't catch on to Alx as mason, but I wasn't looking in depth at his posts either.

@Bateleur: I don't know that the SK gains "very little" from framing somebody. Best case scenario, we lynch Kops, and whether he's town or mafia or neutral, he's not the SK, and the SK gets another night to kill. Worst case, we spend some time looking at Kops, maybe force a claim, and then move on. I'm not saying Kops can't be the SK because it could be a WIFOM thing, but I think the possibility that somebody is framing Kops is bigger than what you suggested.

Regarding the night kills, I'd say it's safe to assume that Mosschop was the mafia NK, and that somebody different carried out the kill. For one thing, Bateleur would have no reason at all to want the tracker dead and nobody else has claimed a killing role.

I apologize for my recent absence. Went on vacation and in the rush to make sure we were packed and everything I forgot to say something on here. I'm currently catching up and will post soon.

Well, that's good to know, but I'm still not sure why there was any townie sentiment about me being vig.

Other than waiting for Jobie to possibly claim who he got his innocent on, and discussion of vig targets, was there anything else that needs to be talked about before we go to night?

I'm not sure it's best for the town that I claim at this point. I'd like Bateleur to state whether I'm a serious consideration for vigging tonight. If so, then I will consider claiming.

I'll agree with the wagon on Sutherlands. He's giving off really scummy vibes. Sutherlands, you keep talking about how "there's no case against me" but your reaction to the wagon has been telling. Sometimes it's useful to start a wagon on a weak case just to gauge the target's and others' reactions. In this particular case, I think your actions have showed you as scummy. I will refrain from voting since we seem to be close to lynch, but I will add my desire for a claim.
