Bloodcrusher of Khorne also slipped past. Any thoughts? We already have this effect in Archtype of Aggression, but I feel the extra point of toughness, whilst also being easier to cast and not randomly dying to Reclamation Sage may be worth 1 mana. Granted, most green big guys have trample already, but I feel some cards with equipment on them may also benefit from having trample.
It was there already, below Nurgle's Rot. But no, I don't think that it's that interesting to me.
The Necron precon seems to definitely have the biggest number of tempting cards even if it also has some of the bigger busts that make you go 'why is this in a Commander product' and even 'why is this at uncommon'.
Valor probably counts. Even when Anger and Wonder were at their most popular, I do not recall others really running that one. But damn it, free first strike on all your creatures, potentially at instant speed, is such a huge effect to me.
I doubt that we will get enough cards for a proper thread from the WH40K commander stuff (unless they go heavy on the non-rares) but damn, Noise Marine is tempting.
Dr Teeth is a classic but Vohar being able to also recur several reanimation spells such as Reanimate itself feels like a major consideration now that I stop to think about it.
Staple: Cult Conscript: I don't mind WotC shuffling rarities around again by accident. Phoenix Chick: It might not have 2 power until it dies but this is a *lot* for a red 1-drop. See above.
Dunno about kicker: Phyrexian Missionary: Better Gravekeeper when kicked. But that body alone is pretty nice. Hard slot to break into, though. Runic Shot: Solid white removal. Battlewing Mystic: Flying 2/1's remain nice but the upside is even thinner than before when it relies entirely on the kicker. Pixie Illusionist: Flying Man with fixing in blue. Sprouting Goblin: The kicker card that I like the most by far. Yavimaya Iconoclast: Probably still requires the kicker to go above other options, except as a guild card.
Good but not for me: Resolute Reinforcements: Too little value for dedicating this to blinking, even if it can be nice as an incidental target. I still prefer the more dedicated support from Raise the Alarm.
Interesting: Founding the Third Path: Could be pretty good if you have something useful in your hand. And getting some value from the final is not hard, even if it might just be a cantrip or a removal spell. It seems based on the wording that you still have to pay mana for the copy. Haunting Figment: Rather interesting as a form of spellslinger attacker. Impede Momentum: Fun design but you also get permanent-ish solutions at this cost. Talas Lookout: Nice body for delayed value trigger. Tidepool Turtle: I like a huge butt on a slow value effect like this. Blight Pile: Nice defensive creature that can also deal slow burn. Cut Down: Interesting design for removal. Gibbering Barricade: Another value wall to buy you time to durdle with it. Toxic Abomination: Nice stats but this slot is getting tight with more interesting cards. Goblin Picker: Red's attempt at a basic looter. Not as good at rummaging but passable body. Twinferno: Our Forks are getting better and better. Bog Badger: Potential killer when kicked but basically a guild card as a result. Llanowar Stalker: Not reliable enough in my eyes but green aggro 1-drops are not forgotten. Aron, Benalia's Ruin: Might be too cute but also not a sorcery speed effect. Lagomos, Hand of Hatred: Garna's cuter competition. Uurg, Spawn of Turg: I am a big Worm Harvest fan but this is pretty demanding. Automatic Librarian: Solid colourless body. Crystal Grotto: A scryland with at least filtering might be interesting.
Hmm. With cards like Sprouting Goblin and Battlewing Mystic and Phyrexian Missionary which seem playable based on their base form alone but not really good enough for guild slots, I wonder if there would be any sensible way to balance out the colour distribution if they were treated as cards in their primary colour and then the kicker costs (or similar colour synergies from older cards) would be collated somehow to balance them out...
Yeah, Cult Conscript and Phoenix Chick both look really good. I also love what they represent. These seem like the kinds of effects that would have generally been reserved for rare before. Especially on 1-drops.
Edit: Ironically, I would say that this is all also true of Walking Bulwark which was also spoiled just now.
I think that I will keep Raise the Alarm over Resolute Reinforcements because an instant is better than a creature for incidental archetype support and since it is primarily a tokens card and thus, there being two tokens doubles the benefits from token anthems and such.
It's a little funny how many of the solidly interesting cards at this point are 2-drop creatures. Toxic Abomination might well be worth it and Yavimaya Steelcrusher is also looking pretty good to me.
It seems like I have around 9,0% and honestly, there has been no issue with that thus far. Though, I also think that most Peasant lists have something rather important over standard Cubes in this respect: we include a lot fewer strictly colour-paired duals. Most of our fixing tends to be more flexible than that which likely results in higher percentages of maindecked fixing. Additionally, the article seems to be striving towards something more similar to constructed whereas Peasant is still largely more akin to standard drafts by default.
It's too bad how Heroic is inherently a parasitic mechanic but since it is relatively easy to trigger in set limited, it cannot really have that strong an effect. Plus, since it so often involves pumping in one way or another, the base bodies whose design accounts for this tend to underperform.

MTGS only got the spoiler for it up 1 hour ago. I am adding these as I come online and see new ones.
But yeah, it looks pretty good. Sniping creatures is pretty huge, and the big butt is good for something that passive.

At this time, we have:
Genestealer Locus

Aberrant
Goliath Truck
Purestrain Genestealer
(Tyranid Invasion)
Trygon Prime
Venomthrope
Noise Marine
Heralds of Tzeentch
Nurgle's Rot
Bloodcrusher of Khorne
Chaos Terminator Lord
Herald of Slaanesh
Seeker of Slaanesh
The Lost and the Damned
Psychomancer
Triarch Praetorian
Skorpekh Destroyer
Sautekh Immortal
Plasmancer
Night Scythe
Hexmark Destroyer
Flayed One
Sanguinary Priest
And They Shall Know No Fear
Primaris Chaplain
Deny the Witch
Sicarian Infiltrator
Thunderwolf Cavalry
Space Marine Scout
Grey Knight Paragon
Cliffside Rescuer is probably a pet card at this point.
I am probably of a very limited pool of people that run Old Man of the Sea but that is not entirely up to nostalgia, I would wager.
Zephid's Embrace is probably more of a pet card. But Shroud + +2/+2 + Flying is just basically 'make your own finisher'.
Juzám Djinn is a bit like Old Man but more of a pet card, even if I think that nothing else quite fills the same niche.
Do others still run Rakshasa Gravecaller?
Spikeshot Goblin is definitely a pet card. A scaling pinger just feels so nice.
I am not bound to Icehide Troll but it is a pet card.
Worm Harvest definitely counts. One of the first Masters set downgrades and such an interesting build-around.
Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator or Psychatog?
Dr Teeth is a classic but Vohar being able to also recur several reanimation spells such as Reanimate itself feels like a major consideration now that I stop to think about it.

Phoenix Chick: It might not have 2 power until it dies but this is a *lot* for a red 1-drop. See above.
Likely testing:
Knight of Dawn's Light: It... does... so many things. On a decent enough 2-drop body. Wow.
Knight of Dusk's Shadow: As above.
Yavimaya Steelcrusher: Very nice body for an artifact destruction creature.
The Weatherseed Treaty: Could be interesting nice little extra value for a 'small body and land tutor' effect. But maybe not.
Garna, Bloodfist of Keld: The better Garna imho.
Najal, Storm Runner: More interesting than the giant.
Walking Bulwark: Decent defensive colourless 1-drop with potential for damage later.
Dunno about kicker:
Phyrexian Missionary: Better Gravekeeper when kicked. But that body alone is pretty nice. Hard slot to break into, though.

I only skimmed through it, though.
Equip it to Labyrinth Champion and then Flame Jab him, of course.
